Ticket included rail Fare. Exited quick before presentation. But had to queue for a long time to get on train at sydney olympic park stn. The extra service put on to Newcastle departed Strathfield 545pm. I would have been stuck waiting for train then. We needed extra trains later than that. I didnt get home til nearly midnite. So i wont bother going again. U have lost any future sales from me

There were some issues scanning mobile tickets at the gate causing slow moving queues.Famtastic venue, very family friendly, plenty of shade on a hot day.Lovely clean amenities.

Had a great view, stayed until the last race and therw were still a lot if people there, to top it off there was a music band where the horses parade, the atmosphere was awesome

Because the Wifi at Ali Stadium is so poor my virtual tickets kept disappearing off my phone so wasted 10 minutes waiting for the tickets to reappear before finding my seat

The Ticketmaster App is fine apart from the function to transfer tickets. On the last three occasions I transferred tickets, they did not arrive to be accepted.

Queues at venues are slow as people try and get their tickets ready. Sometimes, paper-based systems are better!

Why not offer a facility to send PDF tickets. These can be easily transferred.

Ticketmaster and the actual event (Anyma in SYD) -- amazing in every way!!!

Had an amazing, fantastic , awesome night, best one I’ve been too in ages, loved the grandstand seating, all the staff were courteous & kind , looking forward to next year. Thank you

Only1 coffee van for 8000 people and zero chance of getting one with cues going on forever. A few more for non drinkers would have made a big difference and all would of made a profit with how cold it was.

Ease of use...mobile tickets is the way to go. Great seats!!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. we really enjoyed the match and the incredible atmosphere. I would definitely love to attend another rugby match in the future.

I could not transfer one of my tickets. This has happened to me before and it is very frustrating.

Pretty disappointing overall. The Rock Bar upgrade wasn’t worth it — food was average, the $25 voucher couldn’t be used on some merch, and the drinks were exactly the same as the public bar. The Rock Bar felt isolated from the festival, and people were openly smoking and vaping with no security doing anything about it. Definitely not worth the extra money. Won’t return

Love it need more Concerts coming to Toowoomba it's getting very Popular need a bigger Arena

What an amazing performance with fabulous sound, guitars playing excellent, took me back to when they first were playing over 30 years ago. Ticket prices were very reasonable, audience were very welcoming, 2 hours of non- stop music!

Atmosphere was electric

Took my family to the rugby yesterday. On the way there I noticed that the tickets I had purchased 3 months prior had vanished. They were in my digital wallet right up until then. Even on the website it said I didn’t have any tickets. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Luckily we spoke to the ticket people outside the venue and after some discussion we were given our tickets. Not good enough tho. Sort ur shi out clowns
