Atmosphere was electric

Took my family to the rugby yesterday. On the way there I noticed that the tickets I had purchased 3 months prior had vanished. They were in my digital wallet right up until then. Even on the website it said I didn’t have any tickets. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Luckily we spoke to the ticket people outside the venue and after some discussion we were given our tickets. Not good enough tho. Sort ur shi out clowns

Good show but the space between seats was ridiculous. No room for a ticket holder to pass in front of of your legs, had to stand on the seat to allow them to pass. The width of the seat was about 20 cm narrower than an average bottom so the men either side of me had manspread that touched my legs to the knees. Utterly disgusting how many seats were squished in.

No issues with booking tickets, painless booking process, able to choose seating quickly. Transfer of tickets to other family members was easy.

We weren't sitting in the seats we booked for. We booked upstairs in the lounge and our tickets had completely different seat numbers on them. We were changed to downstairs in the stalls, and we couldn't see properly because of the people in front.

Gypsy kings were brilliant enjoyed the show so much

I loved how interactive and intimate the night was, some more communication leading up to the night about arrival times etc and some merch would have been good. Stayc was amazing and very professional..

Never stopped laughing the whole way through. So clever.

Great music, songs, dancing and acting.

More bathrooms and perhaps ventilation as it got really stuffy on Level 3.

Because of a death in the family we couldn’t go to the concert
We transferred 2tickets to our friends but couldn’t sell the remaining 2 tickets, couldn’t sell them and couldn’t sell them via Tixel because I didn’t have the original confirmation email
I emailed asking that you send the original confirmation and got no reply so lost money on a concert that was rearranged from the previous year
Had I a choice I would not use Ticketmaster again

The show was great but the volume of the show was so over the top that it made my ears & head hurt.. I had plugs in my ears & my fingers in my ears & it was still too loud. The compare/MC shouted the whole time in to an already very loud speakers, it really spoilt it for me as I did enjoy the show but not that ridiculous volume.
I don’t go out to a show to be yelled at & to have my fingers in my ears. It was way too loud.

Concert was at Anita's Theatre Thirroul. Wonderful helpful staff. Helped my elderly 87yr old mother to her seats. She had best night dancing away to GypsyKings. ❤️🙏

Smooth experience from start to finish venue was amazing loved it, staff were very friendly

if you are not a mobile person there is only 1 lift from the Star City Event Centre and it gets full after the show finishes. The Star needs to display more signage where the event centre is. Not a lot of food choices either at the time we were at the Star.

It was a great game, beautiful looking stadium and very modern. However, I noticed many number ( we were one of them)of people walking up and down trying to locate their seats. There was customer service staff but once directions were given. People still seemed looking lost yesterday. Better signage are needed on the walls and along the steps. When leaving the stadium was not easy to get out. We were jammed packed together like sardines for about 40 meters long and shuffling along when trying to leave the stadium. I hate to imagine if there was an emergency evacuation.
Lastly, the parking arrangement on the grass when entering was brilliant but when leaving was a nightmare. Cars cutting lines with self made qeues. Cars beeping. Road rage and all. No lights except for car head lights. No staff to control the cars except for the entrance area.

I never dealt with a more unprofessional company - after waiting each time 30+ minutes on the phone, I booked what I believed to be 4 tickets for Lion King on 30/10. Instead the person who did the booking made it for 23/10, did not send the tickets via email OR post (as she had promised). I found out today that for this venue they only email tickets. I am still waiting for the idiots to send me the tickets!

I have been wanting to see Safia for 10 years and they certainly didn’t disappoint. It was absolutely amazing. Great venue too. It was so worth the drive to and from the Sunshine Coast.
