I was sceptical buying a really good laptop refurbished but I was very pleasantly surprised at just how good the laptop was, even happier that the condition for grade C was in far better condition that I expected, my only negative would be that the battery health was not good, doesn't hold charge for long, I think it would only be fitting if Tier 1 supplied refurbished equipment with a healthy battery.

Great service and quick delivery. Excellent choice of refurbished laptops (which is the way to go environmentally 😞) Laptop looks in really good condition…I can’t comment on its speed or operationally as it’s with my long suffering IT whizz friend, who’s setting it up for me. All in all extremely pleased so far.

Was replacing the same model laptop due to an accident and was dubious about replacing with a refurbished, so was very happy when it arrived as it looked like new.Works perfectly and arrived as expected all at half the cost with a 3 year warranty.

This is the second laptop which I have purchased from Tier1, having purchased my first one from them nearly 10 years ago. The service and information available is very good. I chose a grade C option and it was in very good condition with only a few minor scratches on the casing, which is hardly noticeable. Very reliable, and I will carry on using Tier1 in the future.

Simply superb! Why go anywhere else?
Tier1 have been my sole supplier of computers to my company for a number of years now and I can't reccommend them highly enough!
For the modern office, a well specced refurbed machine that is 3-5 years old is more than powerful enough to run everything required. We have saved a ton, the shipping is quick and the only time I had any problems, it was resolved with one quick phone call.
Laptops, PCs are all great and being able to customise the RAM/storage/OS options on a refurb is perfect.

Really good service. Prices exceedingly good, and the device quality very good. Ok, the first one delivered had a slight fault but they organised a replacement and it was a 'swap at the door' - i gave the courier the original one, they gave me the replacement. Very easy and i couldn't be happier

Competitive price for an excellent laptop, supplied quickly and securely after placing my order. Extremely impressed with the quality of the laptop given the grade purchased and the laptop had the correct software installed and was almost full charged, meaning I could use it immediately.
