I'll start by saying that before working with Christen, I would have given this a 1-2 star review. I purchased a product that arrived damaged, and it wasn't due to shipping. I was able to fix it with a lot of effort. That means instead of the assembly taking 1 hour, it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

I reached out to Titan, shared my frustration, and offered some suggestions to improve the user experience. Christen responded and was great to work with. Before working with Christen, I swore I would never buy another piece of Titan equipment, but she managed to win me back as a lifetime customer.

Thanks to the customer service, my review improved from 1 star to 5 stars. More importantly, I'll continue to buy from Titan in the future.

I ordered several pieces of equipment from Titan and have had nothing but problems. The 120 lb dumbbells showed up damaged and unboxed, and of the 105 lb dumbbells, only 1 came and it was damaged. Fortunately I paid extra for the shipping insurance and was able to get refunded through that company. The 85lb rubber dumbbells I bought don't fit into the saddle rack that I purchased from them but since I opened them I have to just throw them on the ground instead of using the rack I paid $800 to use them for. However, this was nothing compared to trying to get the rest of my order. There was a hack squat/leg press combo, 45 lb dumbbells, and 70lb dumbbells coming all together from a freight company. I contacted the freight company and they told me to leave a note on the door and they would drop everything off on 8/6. I left the note and nothing came. I called them twice that day, got the call center, and nobody called me back to tell me anything. The next day I finally reach them and they tell me that because my driveway has a small hill that I need to be there to help unload the truck. Then they tell me that it has to be on Wednesdays because that's when they come out there and they can't give me a general time of the day. I can't take off Wednesday mornings from work but they were unwilling to work with me. As a result, I've tried to contact Titan for days now to have the shipment sent back to them and refunded and they continue to say it's still pending approval. Then today they tell me they can initiate the return but I would owe a 20% restocking fee. This is unacceptable. This needs to be returned back without me being charged a fee. They make solid equipment but their customer service and shipping is awful.

I ordered a squat rack and functional trainer from Titan. I have friends that speak highly of their products, however, that has not been my experience. I never received the equipment that I ordered asTitan uses T force for deliveries. I was called the night before saying that the package will arrive the next day and whenever the driver is in the area, that’s when he’ll deliver it to you and you’ll be given a half hour notice as to when he’ll arrive at your house. Unfortunately, I have to work and I am unable to take off last minute. And so the equipment could never be delivered to my house as a signature was required for delivery. The delivery person would not even respond to a ring doorbell. Kathy, the dispatcher was unable to schedule any other time for me, said that I would have to pay for storage in order to deliver it the next day, and again it would be whenever they showed up. As a result, the shipment was returned. I was charged a 20% restocking fee along with shipping back to Titan. Customer service was poor it took multiple phone calls in order to get this issue resolved. This is something to consider if you have to work. There plenty of good equipment available, and I would use a different company. It was a very costly mistake to use Titan.

I had a few interactions with customer support to help me through a return process and they have all been helpful. Macy in particular helped answer a bunch of clarifying questions that I had. I like the products of this company and now that I know that their customer support is reliable, I trust them with future business as well.

I appreciate the quick response to my inquiry and the personal follow up call to verify all was good. Hazel has insured that I will be a repeat customer when the need arises.

I’m giving 2 stars because the product itself (a squat rack) was solid and delivered on time — no complaints there. Titan makes quality equipment, and I was initially happy with the purchase.

The problem began when I tried to return the rack. It was unused, well within the 30-day window, and Titan support even waived the 20% restocking fee. But the return shipping quotes I received were $275–$300 — on a $315 product. Titan refused to assist with shipping or offer a prepaid label, even if reimbursed.

While they do mention in the return policy that shipping is the customer’s responsibility, they don’t warn that the cost to return large items could exceed the price of the product. That’s a major issue and not something most buyers expect.

Support was polite but unhelpful. I asked for either a partial refund or a label at their shipping rate. Both were declined. So while their return policy looks fine on paper, in practice it can become unusable for heavier items.

The two stars reflect this mixed experience:

+ Quality product
+ On-time delivery
- Poor handling of a legitimate return request
- Return policy lacks the transparency needed for heavy-item buyers

If you're buying something large from Titan, I strongly recommend checking shipping rates in advance. Otherwise, you may be stuck with something you can’t reasonably return.

Titan customer service has always been stellar for me, although admittedly I haven't had to use them much even after spending close to $10k on my home gym as Titans products just hold up. In this isntanc3, I needed a replacement know for the Titan adjustable FID bench thst I originally purchased in 2018, but was damaged during a move. It was seamless. I didnt know exactly what I needed , so the customer service rep sent me a diagram with literally every part pictured. I still wasnt 100% sure, so then the rep walked me through exactly what I needed. Stellar service!

I recently had a few missing parts on a GHD I ordered from Titan. I’ve ordered tens of thousands of dollars in equipment from Titan and this was the first time I’d had anything amiss. Titan was great. Parts re-ordered and sent. Real customer service reps who were prompt and understanding. Titan showed first hand that they put customers first and strive to make things right. Awesome experience and solidified my confidence in Titan.

Poor communication from the start. I had issues with using bread to pay. I sent multiple emails and chats asking for assistance. No response. I had purchase the Assault bike as a guest and then I was able to purchase it. The oil in the syringe for chain is in a big clump. I heated it up and tried to break it up, nothing. The bottle holder is mounted right under the electronic display. There's no way to actually get a bottle in there. I wonder if there was actually a design and engineering team for this. It almost seems like it came from a third world country as a cheap knockoff.

If I could leave a lower score I would. Purchase and delivery went fine, the instructions for assembly are TERRIBLE, nearly unreadable. So on one step, you insert the guide bars for the weight stack and then begin stacking 300lbs of weights onto these bars. The bars are not supported, and they don't tell you that the bars can and will tip over, 300lbs + the guide bars falling over mid assembly is catastrophic for you and the machine. When I contacted Titan they advised me that not only could I not return the product (since its damaged) but they also couldn't sell me replacement parts!! So the machine is so poorly engineered that assembly is flat out dangerous to complete on your own, and then if the thing breaks because you followed their terrible instructions they won't honor their warranty AND won't sell you parts to fix the infernal thing.

I ordered a set of 5 stackable wooden plyometric boxes which were easy to assemble and well built to carry a heavy load on top. I really like their solid feel and overall 22" X 22" wide and non-slip surface. The fit and finish has great tolerances as well. The way they stack on top of each other is neat and gives you a lot of flexibility to adjust the height you're targeting. I highly recommend them. Customer service was on point. I called on two separate occasions and in both instances received top-notch assistance from their team. Just today I spoke with Macy, who quickly took my concern and made me feel confident that everything was going as scheduled. She shared all pertinent information with me and made sure I was comfortable before getting off the call. You can't beat having excellent customer service. Kudos to the Titan Fitness Family.

It was my first experience purchasing from Titan Fitness and it certainly won't be my last. Purchased a SquatMax MD and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Without a doubt, it's one of the best home gym purchases I've made to this point. I had a few questions and a small issue I had to resolve and the customer service agent (Angelo) I dealt with was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely and polite manner. Shipping was fast and the packaging was top-notch. Item arrived in perfect condition. Great experience - buy with confidence!

I’m really happy with the build quality for the price feels like a really nice balance for a home gym it will last me a lifetime.

One of the product that I ordered was lost by UPS, they open a claim but in the meanwhile, after being in contact with the Titan customer care, Titan sent me a new product.
Titan customer care was quick to respond and very satisfying to work with.
In general it was a great experience.
