Always good service with polite staff on all levels

The receptionists are always polite and helpful and my dentist is always very patient with me a very nervous patient and gives excellent treatment

I had a crown fitted at the Ashford branch and was really happy with my dentist and the dental nurse. They both were very patient, kind and very helpful. Thank you for making me feel at ease

Great to find an NHS practice that is so considerate and caring. Appointments at the Ashford practice are on time, service is great in reception, and there is no up-selling just excellent dental care from dentists and nursing staff who listen to you.

Mr khan is always welcoming and for a nervous patient he is calm and patient. Had to bring my LG with me who was crying from the drill noise but he was calm and it never bothered him. Great overall

Dr Jithu Thomas was my dentist and he was amazing. I've been grinding my teeth through anxiety at night and my gums were bleeding. After he cleaned my teeth so deep and thoroughly I woke up this morning the 1st time in months with NO blood in my mouth. I'm so happy

I’m embarrassed to say I am a very nervous patient. The dentist is very understanding and keeps reassuring me the whole time. The dental nurse was also lovely holding my hand which has never happened to me before, she was very kind.

The filling i had paid a lot of money for on Monday had fallen out by Wednesday . This isn't the first time this has happened . Money for nothing again .

I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are always polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. They make booking appointments and dealing with any queries feel easy and stress free.

Dr Vyacheslav Vsevolodov Poplavski is an excellent dentist. He is professional, reassuring and clearly very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain everything properly and never makes you feel rushed. His dental assistant is equally kind and attentive, which really helps create a calm and comfortable experience.

Going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but this team genuinely makes it a positive experience. I always feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive.

I have had hygiene appointments with Amandeep at the Ashford (Surrey) branch for a few years now and I am always blown away and grateful for her gentle and caring approach. It’s almost a pleasant experience! I have never known another person in dentistry with such a light touch and yet she still achieves a thorough clean of my teeth. Her considerate attention is why I’m happy to attend six monthly hygiene appointments. Thank you so much.

Once again Rishi completed my treatment (expensive!) without making me feel uncomfortable even though I prefer to be anywhere else rather than his dental chair 😊
