I’ve been a patient of Together Dental for many years. They always provide first class service, from booking or changing appointments to sending reminders and always offer exceptional and professional care with any treatment.

Very professional and friendly from the staff at the front desk to the Dentist and Dental assistant.

Im extremely pleased with my dentist, he always has a smile on his face which makes me feel really comfortable.
I also see the hygienist, I was so nervous and a little scared but he made me feel really comfortable and I got threw it.
He was so very patient with me and did a brilliant job.

Way too many things to list here as I have been with this practice for more years than I should have. Firstly the receptionists, and the dental assistants have always been great. This is about the management and Dentists I've encountered. I've had issues ignored, I've had refunds after proving one dentist held back on treatment to force me into paying for 2k worth of denture fills, I was allowed to get to a point where I had to have six teeth removed, again done free of charge, but all the dentists involved are still there. I had on dentist refitting a loose crown who kept pressure on the tooth with his finger, while playing a game on his computer. The most rude, bored looking, unhelpful, ignorant xxxx I've ever met. In the last 12 months I have has 3 dentists, they leave after a few months which says it all. The last allocated a young girl, looked ame teeth and said, and I quote! "I'm not going to do anything as they are too fragile, I'll just deal with anything that happens that is painful" and that was that. She has now left. Last appointment was to discuss NHS implants. Another dentist! I had already spoken to Royal Surrey Hospital as an ex cancer patient, and been asked to get a referral from the dentist. Then had another arrogant woman telling me the NHS don't do implants. Explained the situation and after much huffing she, with the help of the very able, and brilliant assistant who has helped to interpret for me before, got her to fill in an online form. Very hard to understand, and not at all friendly. I asked at reception if she was going to be my dentist, and it was a yes! Told them I was not happy, so they helpfully moved me to another. That will be the the 5th or 6th, tbh ive lost count. So! Staff are great and helpful, management is non existent, Dentists (the ones I've had, with the exception of one who is no Loger there) all need retraining in people skills, and chair side manners. But hey! I think we all know why it's gone downhill.

It was never going to be a good experience, preparing for a crown on my front tooth. The numbing of the gum was effective as the experience wasn't painful. I was amazed at the new technology used to check out our teeth. I hope the fitting of the new crown is equally efficient & effective.

Nurse Tina and Dentist Sneha were absolutely fantastic. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived, and they immediately made me feel calm and cared for.

Both were incredibly kind and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Well the service that they provide is very prompt, helpful, courteous and they have a can do attitude.

I have been coming to this dentist for nearly 20 years. Our dentist is caring and considerate and my whole family enjoy coming to the dentist!
