Leanne, our dentist, is lovely, puts the kids at ease and explains clearly what she is doing and why.

I know I posted a review just a few weeks ago, but was back again to have a wire re cemented. Got an appointment very quickly thanks to the front desk team, Brad and his assistant were brilliant as always and it was nice to see Tracie. Almost worth getting a cavity for just to go back (kidding)

All good. Friendly staff and pretty much on time for my appointment. The dentist was very nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure.

Helen is very pleasant and professional and the experience was great so I tend to keep going every 6 months

absolutely amazing made me feel very at ease helped my fear of dentist alot my sons first apt he was smiling all the way through they were amazing but not just that my son had a bad accident after his apt we had to go to hospital to get him checked over but the ladies were all super amazing there care and support was seriously unbelievable and the manager has called me the next morning to check how he got on and to make sure everyones ok i really dont have a bad word about this place and theres not enough good words to express there help care and understanding

As if getting dentist appointments arent hard enough, i had an appointment that lasted a whole (literal) five minutes only to have the pleasure of paying nearly £30 for. The dentists and other staff are lovely but its absolutely awful how little you get for an appointment now.

Very friendly and professional staff! I had to cancel once and they immediately booked me in for the next available date! When I arrived, the lady at the reception was very friendly and asked me to sign in. Upon signing in, the dentist Mikalis Langas welcomed me for my appointment. He was very gentle and took great care of me. The assistant that he had in the room was also very nice with me. I wish they were closer to London city centre, but they are definitely worth the commute to Brentwood. I will be going back!

Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of dentists and would avoid unless absolutely necessary.
However the staff at Brentwood are very friendly and helpful and importantly understanding of the fear that can be caused!
Big thank you to Michalis in particular who is a true cut above…. Really appreciated.
