Excellent. The app is great so I can deal with all the administrative aspects before I arrive. Great service on arrival.

I had 4 teeth out there, they are like butchers, didn’t tell me what was going to happen, didn’t comfort you!
It took about 5 mins to have my teeth out!
When finished I was shaking like a leaf, very hot, and bleeding and they sent me home like that!
I wouldn’t go there again!!

I was seen really speedily and all the staff were helpful, considerate and kind. The dental work is excellent and the dentist explains clearly what needs to be done. She is a very skilled professional.

Saw Gisella yesterday. Cambridge branch. Excellent service all round from Receptionists to Gisella & assistant. Highly recommend to keep teeth & hygiene in top condition.

I understand that under NHS most of the dentists would do as little as possible but unfortunately this time was next to nothing. The previous dentists checked and got red of all the plaque and a bit cleaning (which was taking about 35mins) but the new dentists which we saw this time, just had a look and asked any problems and I said no and then I was told great and see you in 6 month time. So not very happy, just wished could have see the previous dentists.

Fast, efficient service after being referred here by my normal dentist after a broken tooth proved problematic. Many thanks for a far easier process than I was expecting (dreading!).

I visited the Cambridge branch on 17th February for a check up, I had broken a tooth a few days before my appointment, without any bother my dentist fixed the problem. I was seen promptly and all was done to my satisfaction. The receptionists are always very polite and helpful.

Had to make an emergency visit due to a wobbly tooth causing a problem, I called up first thing in the morning and was told they could fit me in later the same day, I am a regular patient at this practice and always receive a good caring service, polite reception

I phoned for an emergency appt in the morning, appt given for that day,brilliant. All sorted with the tooth being extracted. Excellent service

New patient along with my baby. Very friendly staff and also offer Denplan to help with costs. Give great advice and my baby wasn’t at all worried for her first check up!

Cambridge branch - Seen very quickly, dentist and assist both friendly and approachable. Work was done no problems. The whole place could really do with a re vamp, it feels a bit tired and grubby. No parking outside either which was a bit of hassle but not too bad.

Was referred here to have a wisdom tooth removed and couldn’t have gone any better. Made to feel at ease, procedure was completely painless and the aftercare advice was fantastic. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Considering how nervous I was about having this procedure done I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again!!!
