Prompt, efficient service with professional and polite staff

Was very anxious attending my appointment as was having a wisdom tooth extracted. Mr Patel and his assistant was very understanding and put me at ease. He went through the procedure by showing me the X-ray and informed me that since my referral I would need a cavity in the tooth next to the wisdom tooth. A job well done. My only criticism is don’t make an appointment for 2pm as they go for lunch between 1 and 2, so the place is closed. I arrived at 1.30 for 2 and had no where to sit and wait. They need to stagger their lunch not for everyone to go at the same time. There are 3 receptionist so could easily go at different times and still have reception covered.

I visited Together Dental in July in absolute agony – sobbing with the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in the side of my face. The dentist did an X-ray and told me there was no infection, just gum irritation, and advised me to pay privately for a clean, saying the pain would settle afterwards.

Fast forward a few months, the pain returned – worse than ever. I went back for another X-ray only to be told that the same dentist had missed not one, but three infections in my mouth. They are now so advanced that my only options are either three teeth extractions or three nerve root canals.

This mistake has cost me dearly – financially, physically, and emotionally. What should have been caught early was completely overlooked, and now I’m left facing serious dental treatment that could have been avoided.

I am absolutely livid with the level of care I received. If you value your teeth and your health, I strongly advise going elsewhere.

Been going to them for several years, they are always friendly and explain everything clearly. My experience this week was no different, can’t praise the whole team enough they are all excellent, thank you all.

Seen and checked in efficiently, treated politely and in friendly manner by all staff I met. Dentist, Nirjana Shreshtha providing professional and excellent service. Surgery was spotless.

All the staff are friendly and put you at ease. I love that they take the time to call you the day before to remind you. The treatment I have had here has always been excellent. Fell very lucky to have such an excellent dentist and it's nhs.

Having 4 extractions under a referral I was pleasantly surprised with the minimal discomfort great treatment Thanks to Jennifer Parrish and the team .

Best experience I’ve had at a dental practice. I had a wisdom tooth removal, dentist explained clearly what he was going to do and then explained what I needed to do for aftercare. In and out in all of 15 minutes (if that).

Outstanding service from the entire team. The receptionist was excellent as was the Dentist and Dental nurse. Made the tooth extraction just about bearable!!

My daughter copes with a learning disability and autism, struggles with verbal communication and understanding of what comes next. I was with her for her dental hygienist appointment. The hygienist and her assistant were exceptional with my daughter. They were very kind, patient and gentle. I told them they were 'fantastic' because they were. Thank you on behalf of my daughter.

I attended my hygienist appt and as normal Amy was gentle kind and thoughtful. I value the staff at this surgery as you are treated as a person and not a number. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming. So Thankyou to you all

The treatment I received on the day was brilliant! I was seen promptly at 11am. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely by the dentist and his assistant and the information pack post treatment was also very clear. Thank you so much.

The whole procedure was explained to me clearly and I knew what to expect.

From being very anxious and scared I left the clinic feeling positive of the outcome.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody and especially to anybody that is nervous of dentists.

I have been a regular at Queen Street over many years and have always found the service to be excellent. I've managed to stay an NHS patient all the time even when dentists came and went at the surgery. I saw Dr Chen on my most recent visit, and as ever, he was calm and reassuring.
