Very courteous and cheerful reception staff. Prompt service and appointment on time. Hygienist took time to listen to my concerns and altered her technique accordingly. Very satisfied with this service.

From checking in to leaving my experience is all positive. Esther is such a lovely lady and its always a pleasure dealing with her on arrival, My dentist Dr M. Eke is always so nice and talks through every option with you always finding the best solution that suits your needs as an individual . Great Service provided by all.

Excellent as usual checked my mouth for oral health

I just feel rushed when I go. I do have bad teeth but dentist doesn't explain anything and I am literally in the chair for one minute. He said back teeth will.have to come out eventually let me know when your ready.

All was ok and very quickly dealt with once in apt.
Reception was ok but not very personable

Visit to the Halstead branch, professional, polite and considerate staff, from the reception ladies, hygienist and dentist. Not a fan of dentists but procedures explained and was made to feel comfortable. Recommended.

Dr parker was brilliant from start to finish. Made me feel comfortable and explained everything that was happening.

My checkup today was poor, in and out in five minutes, barely looked at my teeth just said need to see hygienist 🙁

I cannot praise Mr Parker and his team enough. Always on time and so kind to me with sensitive teeth. I would recommend this practice snd Mr. Parker whole heartedly. Many thanks Anne Beadle

The Halstead Dental surgery is always a clean and comfortable. The dentist we see is always asking our child if they're OK, He explains everything to them. He is very polite, efficient and takes his time. I would recommend.

Excellent service, prompt and efficient

Both the receptionist and the dentist were fantastic with my 2 year old, I also love the fact that her dentist talks directly to her and does not ignore her and talk to me first, he even made her a 'balloon' for opening her mouth! And she is not at all afaird of going to see the dentist as they are so good with her. (This was her third visit)

One of the receptionists displayed poor customer service.
I was left waiting at her counter without any acknowledgment while wishing to pay and leave, despite standing in front of her. She also lacked the customer courtesy to explain their had been a price increase since my last visit, and seemed impatient when I questioned the price increase. I didn’t appreciate her poor customer service and so didn’t pay the deposit and book another appointment. I was in a state of complete discomfort, following my hygienist treatment with Anna and was not in the mood for poor service minutes after.
