This was the first time l have used this dentist as a new customer and I was very happy with the treatment l received. Tzu Hsuan Huang was very professional and explained the options with fees for my treatment. Also the dental nurse who worked along side with Tzu Hsuan Huang was friendly and knowledgeable.

Fabulous service. Rang up with toothaches at 8:15am and was seen at 9am and sorted out. 😀

I am 90 years old and have had my share of dental visits and I can say that my treatment at Together Dental by dentist Janet has been the best that I have ever experienced.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My dentist was reassuring and caring.

I had a hygiene clean and polish on my composite bonding,superperbe service and advice as always.

I had a pleasant experience at the practice. From the lady at the reception to the dentist and her assistant, i say keep up the good work. They made mr feel at ease and comfortable. It was over in a blink and painless. Thank you again

I've read some of these reviews - some even naming the dentist I saw ( Meenal Karania) and I'm absolutely flabbergasted! How can they be so positive where I had an absolutely awful appointment with her. Her bedside manner is absolutely awful - not a caring bone in her body!! I walked in, she told me to sit down, sign this, explained I'd have stitches but they were dissolvable so didn't need to come back. I was slightly shaking as I'm a very nervous dentist patient, she told me to lie down, she gave me first injection - very painful so I was shaking even more and started crying. She gave me 2 more injections and at this point I was realy crying and shaking..she tested my tooth and I said I couldn't feel anything, proceeded to start the extraction but I put my hand up to stop her as could feel it - still shaking and crying - straight away she said, , right we can't do it if you're going to stop us every time because once we go further they won't be able to stop..which I completely understand. I begged them to carry on because I just wanted the teeth out but she wouldn't. IF SHE WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME 5 MINUTES TO CALM DOEN AND COLLECT MYSELF UT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE!! But seemed she was in too much of a rush. 5 minutes after I had left the room my mouth was completely numb so it would have been fine if she'd given the stuff time to work but no. Her bedside manner from the get go was rushed and rude. I will never go to that dental practice again. Absolutely awful.

Very happy with my children’s check ups , professional, organised, clean and tidy and very helpful.

Good facilities friendly staff and the dentist was very efficient

Being a nervous patient, I'm finding it easier to visit this practice. The staff are understanding, and have even been known to include special notes about ensuring they are back from lunch on time if I'm due to have a filling if I'm the first appt after lunch.

My only criticism would be their IT. The practice use Dentally, an online platform, and if they use this platform, they need to have a good, solid internet connection. If this connection was having an issue, like it was on the day of my visit, and alterative should be available, and should be documented in their business continuity plan.

Took our 12 year for a tooth extraction (baby tooth that wasn’t budging) and everyone was amazing. Calm, supportive, respectful and handled her nerves really well. Procedure was explained well and quick.

Dr. Meenal J Karania helped me feel calm, reassured, and safe. She was so sweet to me when I suddenly became very nervous before my procedure. She gave me choices and options. She kept checking I was ok throughout the whole (ordeal 🤣) and updated me on how long it was going to take. The nurse was also lovely and reassuring.
Thank you to you both for looking after me and doing a good job.

I’m such a nervous patient, and needed a tooth extraction, the dentist and the receptionist where all very sympathetic and understanding.Was an excellent experience

I managed to get a short notice emergency appointment, and the filling repair was done straight away. Very professional all round.

Big love for meena. Quick, firm but calming. Straight to the point. Very helpful with any questions- made notes on my aftercare leaflet for me.

Friendly staff. Dentist hugely knowledgeable and very kind to my needs. Staff very accommodating.

I have been going to this practice for over 3 years now and have been very impressed each time. Staff are friendly and communications are excellent. I have been pleased with the treatment and the cost on each occasion. Highly recommend.
