Great experience. NHS dentist - easy to book appointment and fill out forms in advance online and friendly staff from receptionists to dentist. Dentist did a thorough check up and gave useful advice on how best to keep hard to reach areas clean

I went for my first NHS check up in 10 years!
The dentist I saw Mahrokh Monazzami, was super kind and gentle. She didn't judge me or my situation (I'm on universal credit and disabilty benefits) and didn't try to upsell me expensive treatments - unlike a nearby dentist at Pearl. I didn't need any fillings but my gums are terrible and i'll need more appointments for cleaning. She has worked out a way to keep this affordable for me. I am so grateful!

My autistic teen finds a dental check-up a near-unendurable ordeal, but once again Jolanta was super-professional, kind, understanding, and made it possible for us to get through it. This is going to be so helpful if he ever needs treatment. I can't find words strong enough for how grateful I am.

My first appointment with Mr. Clayson was for a routine check-up, but he ended up re-attaching a crown that had come adrift, which saved me a return appointment. Asked me questions about my dentral care routine and gave me some good advice. Reception staff were efficient and friendly too.

Dr Paulsen has been my dentist for 25 years and is still as efficient, kind and friendly as he has always been. All staff at the practice are equally friendly and helpful.

Excellent advice from hygenists

I m a new NHS patient and whilst everyone was friendly, easy to book etc i felt like it was a second rate service because it's NHS. MY DENTIST where before covid I was also an NHS patient, then I became a private patient through no choice of my own ! told me I needed £4,000 of private treatment, which I know i definitely need as I have many dodgy teeth, but could not afford ti do it. I looked for another NHS dentist ( and finally
found this one) which i found after 24 months of looking. My first appointment felt like it was being told they would watch and wait. Clean my teeth , an xray done at tge hospital, and 1 possible extraction off the back of the xray if she could do it and then because I m not in pain make another appointment in 6 months. Literally my teeth are falling apart. How can waiting another 6 months help ? If I was paying privately I would be booked in on servaral appointments getting everything done.
I feel very disappointed 😞
