Went to the Norwich Earlham Road dentist as a NHS patient. Saw Thomas and his assistant Bella who sorted a filling for me in no time at all. No pain or discomfort, even when injected with local anaesthetic. Also did an impression of my teeth to make a mouthguard, took the time to make sure it was the right size etc.

Very impressed, clearly knowledgeable and care about their patients. The receptionist, Bella, was also incredibly polite, pleasant and helpful.

Also, the practice manager helped my mother in regards to NHS appointments.

Visited as an emergency appointment. Greeted with friendly reception team. Waited less than five minutes. The dentist was caring and understanding, examed the tooth issue and gave me options going forward.I asked questions and he was vert thorough explaining everything.

Looked after by Sam and can’t fault the service and the care he always provides.. thank you Sam for looking after me and my teeth.. highly recommend xxx

Rang for an urgent appointment. Expected a few days wait. Seen 3 hours later. Seen by my regular dentist. As always excellent treatment. First class service

Very responsive and caring. Review of my dental needs was exceptional and was provided with clear advice/actions on improving my oral hygiene and on reducing risks.

As always, reception staff friendly and efficient. Sam very good,puts me at ease,whatever treatment I have.

Today I saw the hygienist, lovely young lady didn’t catch her name , I explained my traumatic experience with a different hygienist and that’s why I have never seen another 1 since , she spoke to me and explained every step , reassured me every step , at 1 point I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep , I have rebooked for another appointment in 3 months , and will never be afraid again , 3 months because I have ongoing issues but highly confident in this ladies advice , I just wish I could remember her name as I very highly recommend her .
