The hygienist was very friendly and informative. Very thorough and gave good explanations. All staff come across as friendly, and the place is tody and clean.
Price a bit expensive, but was private.

My first appointment was thursday 26th feb with Tzu and went very well. I had a check-up, x-rays and even a filling.( the first time I've had a filling without injection).
I will certainly recommend to my friends

Dealt with professionally by very good dentist. Everything was satisfactory.

Got an appointment at short notice and had issue diagnosed and treatment recommended same day.

The Dentist I saw was very friendly and informative. Talking theough everything she was dping and why and explaining the dental jargon and the xray images to me. She gave me oral health advice and reassured me that any treatment would happen as and when I wanted it.

I was advised by my dentist that I needed to see the hygienist, I was very nervous as had had a bad experience at another dentist. Esmay the hygienist put me at ease explaining everything. I came out and made another appointment.

Checkup was changed as `Laura was not available. The young lady was OK but sometimes difficult to understand, and I had to question her to make her understand what it was I was concerned about. She did talk rather fast. But she did do a checkup, but it did not seem the same as Laura would have done. I would prefer to keep with Laura, and have booked in for a 3 month check again.

I cannot fault the excellent care and service I received from my dentist, Monica and the male nurse yesterday. Thank you so much for making my teeth look even.

Friendly staff, running on time.
Lack of parking.

Staff on front desk cheerful and welcoming. Always helpful. Patrick as usual was welcoming and helpful. His assistant also. Always made to feel at ease.which is very important.

I have for many years received nothing but excellent and friendly service from the dental and reception staff in this Practice.

Norwich Branch....Reepham Road. Got offered an introductory email for a check up price with 10 per cent discount. The receptionist tried to claw back this 10 per cent when paying for the check up, The same receptionist then tried to claw back again when completing my payment for treatment. Was also told at the end of my treatment that the filling carried out may not last long. It would of helped in any decision making to know this at the start. This was a private visit costing around £270 for a check up and filling. On both visits the waiting rooms both upstairs and downstairs were completely empty.....not surprised based on my experience. This was a lovely dentist under previous hands when welcoming NHS patients. Sadly, under private care, my experience was a huge letdown. It's definitely a no from me.

I like this dentist practice as they are prompt and professional and I don’t have to wait like my previous experience at another dentist. Esme is very efficient and I’m pleased with the results following my recent hygienist appointment.
