My new Dentist has really been superb in his repair of my small dental plate. It now fits better than it ever has. I was also very impressed with his general manner during my annual checkup.

I went to this surgery to use their open access hygienist service. I saw a lovely young woman who was gentle, professional and put me at my ease immediately. She addressed my concerns and I will definitely use this service again.

The actual dental treatment is fine. However, I have an issue with waiting times for treatment under Denplan. My understanding is that there's only one dentist available for those in this scheme.

Having been told I need an extraction as there's underlying infection plus a couple of fillings replaced, the next available appointment is in 7 weeks time!

Whist waiting in reception, I overheard conversation with a prospective new patient being told about joining under Denplan - why take on more Denplan patients when they obviously cannot give their existing patients a good service?

Could not fault the practice on my latest visit. They contacted me on the morning and asked if I would like to move to an earlier appointment which suited perfectly. When I arrived the appointments were running on time and the waiting room was clean and fresh. The hygienist talked me through every step of the process before starting and made it very clear that we could pause at any stage should I wish to. As someone who is not a lover of the dentist, this practice goes a long way towards making the experience a lot more comfortable.

I had an extraction for the first time since I was a child. My dentist made the experience as straightforward and easy as it could be. I now feel very much better.

We are very thankful to Together Dental Clinic for the care given to our son during his visit.

We contacted many clinics, but they responded the fastest and provided immediate treatment and continuous support. The staff and GP were kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process.

So impressed that Together Dental worked hard to provide a replacement NHS dentist as I was left without one when my wonderful previous dentist returned to her beloved Poland (and who can blame her?) Yesterday I had the great good fortune to be seen by Mr Chun Yu whose manner and professionalism were outstanding. Thank you, Mr Yu, and five stars also to the whole support team who did a great job.

Staff were very helpful and informative. Even when I called back to confirm all was OK, due to anxiety during the appointment, they emailed me back. Very good.

I've been a customer for many years and have always found the service to be friendly and professional. I lost my NHS dentist because she left the practice in February 2026. I had to wait a whole year for a replacement but I'm glad I did (I nearly defected). My new dentist Chun is excellent. I hope the practice can continue with it's high standards.
