For someone afraid of dentist i was put at ease

I have had a difficult tooth extraction and Linda my dentist (and her assistant) has been great helping me through this.

Greeted by friendly receptionist, at last able to book a check up , as they have got another dentist. My appointment was with the hygienist, she is excellent, calm and caring as I don’t particularly like dental visits of any kind. Disappointed to learn that this particular hygienist will no longer be my hygienist as they have employed a new one for more days , hopefully she will be just as good , so sad my regular one will be leaving through no fault of her own.

Was pleased with my new dentist,really felt he knew his job😊.
He and his assistant were very friendly made you feel relaxed ,explained what needed doing .

I will leave a proper review after my next visit as this was my dentists first day with the Sheringham practice. He was a very pleasant young man and hopefully I'll still feel the same after my treatment.

Excellent care and treatment by all the staff. A very pleasant atmosphere within the practice generally. Ganga Rajakulenan , in my opinion, is a great credit to the practice with her professionalism and patient care.

This was my first checkup appointment in over 12 months due to the long term vacancy for a Dentist for the practise. I was very impressed by my new Dentist Chun Yu. In fact I mentioned to him that my checkup examination was the most thorough I had ever had.

I broke a tooth. Phoned the dental practice and was able to get an emergency appointment for the the next morning. Tooth was repaired and restored.

Receptionists are very friendly and helpful Shaun is very efficient and is very clear and concise which is helpful as a patient with Autism
Jeeshma is wonderful very friendly and makes treatment plans very clear as well as explaining what she’s able to do as a dental therapist

Whilst the surgery cleanliness, receptionists’ efficiency and friendliness, and the dental nurse’s warmth and care were all excellent, I have to admit the dental surgeon was very abrupt and hurried.

Dental hygienist and nurse were friendly, encouraging, and confident. Reception desk staff too, of course.

Not the best . They seem very keen to take you regular 6 months check up fee . But don't see to be able to understand or communicate treatment plans . Can go elsewhere as there is not the choice to register elsewhere

Surgery nice and clean, staff pleasant polite and efficient. In fractionally early for my appointment. Nothing to fault.
