Had a fantastic holiday last week in Sorrento booked through Topflight. The Topflight experience was very positive, and their on site reps friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Hotel Astoria was the perfect setting, located in the centre of Sorrento. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend both Topflight and the Astoria for those considering a holiday in Sorrento.

Our reps were wonderful but due to our bags not being taken from us we had to pay €60.00 at the boarding gate. As a result of dragging one case all through Dublin Airport my back probably was so agrivated I ended up using two crutches every day so we both needed wheelchair assistance on or return journey. We got NO assistance at Napls or Dublin so one of your customers helped us get our cases in Dublin . I'd appreciate a follow up call in relation to this please

Communications from Topflight both before and aTfter Holiday was good. Arrival at airport no problems. Tour guide was excellent, went way and above expectations. Hotel very disappointing in my opinion not a four star establishment more like a three.Cleaniness was good, but location and amenities let it down. Yes we were told the Hotel was outside of Ostuni town, but hadnt quite realised how far outside, approx 11 kms. with no taxi service available, and the hotel shuttle booked up very quickly and only available on certain days, you were left in the middle of nowhere with no where to walk, (no footpaths) no shop of any kind. The swimming pool is tired with parasols that were broken, snack bar only available 2-hours each day, no hand rails for those of us that have a few mobility
issues. Food would have to be another concern, its not everyone who adores Italian food and whilst I can eat pasta, I really dont want it for every meal, very little attention given to choice of international meals, dont think we saw red meat/ or chicken for the 7days. Accomodation for us did not come up to expectations, our room (131) was dark, small and offered very little in storage facilities, we both practically lived out of our suitcases, there was a set of 4-drawers but filled with 1st drawer extra blankets, 2nd drawer had pillows 3rd drawer had bed linen only leaving one drawer for us. Hanging space was again limited and certainly not suitable for long dresses. Toileties were scarce to say the least, we had to ask every day for shower gel and shampoo as they were never replaced, we had the smallest bar of soap imaginable. Hotel in general needs an upgrade, no where really to hang out to relax there was a room with a about 6chairs really not enough for a hotel of its size. No proper bar area. overall would not be recommending. Buses were clean and of a good standard Found the length of the tours just too long especially standing about in 35 deg heat - quite a bit of filling in time .

Topflight made our holiday very memorable. Every aspect of our journey was meticulously planned and it meant that we could totally relax.

It was our first time booking a package but it won’t be our last!

Great company to travel with. Seamless transfers and first class communication, could not fault Topflite in any way whatsoever. Would definitely book again with them.

Booking process was easy. Transfers were very efficient. Tour guide was excellent and she had great English. She informed us all about the history of the 2 Islands and all areas visited. The tours provided on the holiday were really very good, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We will travel again with Topflight.

Booking was easy and uncomplicated. Holiday itself was well planned, with every second day free to do your own thing. One slight downside was the amount of cobble and rough pathways encountered also the absence of hand rails on many of the steps and stairways encountered. This did not appear to be flagged to any degree in the holiday details supplied. The guide was helpful and attentive and always available with useful hints and advice, local guides were excellent . Coach and driver were excellent throughout. Hotel was spacious and appeared to be quite modern , rooms were quite large with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, but lack of drawers was a downside. Meals were self service buffet style throughout, more variety, especially at breakfast would make an enjoyable experience more enjoyable. Main access to the dining room on the first floor is by a wide stairway with only half a handrail on one side, daunting to persons with vertigo or balance problems, alternative access via lift to the first floor and entry via an unmarked passage was available but not signposted, Arrangements in general were easy to follow and were well flagged on the Group Whatsapp. The Whatsapp was also useful for communication among the group. All in all a pleasant experience with fabulous scenery and a lovely group of people.

To meet the Topflight staff member who was calm, kind and so helpful plus one felt great after making
the booking. No stress involved.

We had the best trip to Tuscany earlier this month. Hotel had large, clean rooms with beautiful pool area. Our tour guide for the week, Andrea, was simply fabulous! She was so knowledgeable and friendly and always available help, arranging a private wine tour on one of our 'free' days which was one of the highlights of the week. We were a little nervous beforehand about going on an 'organised'tour but there was absolutely nothing to worry about.
We had a lovely small group, good hotel, wonderful guide (who was available for us during the whole week, helping us throughout) and AMAZING memories made of beautiful Tuscany. Would recommend 💯

The tour guide, Francesca, was exceptional. Her friendly manner, helpful advice and constant availability endeared her to our group.

The Topflight reps were so nice and helpful, the woman in Dublin snd Sue in Austria. Great hotel, staff so accommodating and tour guide was first class. All of us had the best possible experience from arrival to departure. We will definitely be booking with Topflight in the future.

Initial contact with Topflight sales team was good.
The Topflight team in Italy were pleasant and helpful, but could be supported better by management.
The checkin procedures both in Dublin and Naples left a lot to be desired. I doubt very much if Ryanair are accepting the same procedure’ as was evident with the aer Lingus check-in. Really need to be improved.

From start to finish everything was great.
