Tragic Beautiful Reviews

I recently purchased shoes from here, they arrived quickly & i’m very happy with my order:)

Have been a repeat customer for years. The service makes me seek them out over any other similar online store.

I’ve purchased items via eBay and directly through the website and I couldn’t be more satisfied. This store clearly has an amazing team. Totally regret being hesitant 😣

I bought the Emily-330 Demonia boots from Tragic Beautiful, my package came very quickly and I was very pleased. Would definitely buy from Tragic Beautiful again!

This isn’t Tragic Beautiful’s fault at all however I just thought I’d mention to everyone wanting to buy Demonia boots that the Emily-330 boots aren’t exactly plus size friendly. My calves measure about 23inches/60cm around and I was barely able to fasten the buckles around them. Luckily I managed to in the end, they are beautiful shoes but definitely reconsider buying other ones if you’re a big gal like me!

Thrilled with all my treasures.
Arrived within a week ( Australia) coffee mug, arm sleeves and never more mirror....will defs shop here again😀

Absolutely amazing staff with the ultimate best gothic/alternative/punk products not only fashion, beauty but homewares as well. Top quality products with a top quality customer service to match. Fast, efficient and always placing their customers satisfaction as a number one priority. I am a regular customer of theirs and not once was ever disappointed with service or quality of product.

I have to say, a lot of the reviews here are fairly suspect, so I had concerns ordering from Tragic Beautiful and just put in a small order at first. But everything went really well, I received what I ordered quickly and without issue. So it's safe to go ahead and order from them! Highly recommend.

Es una estafa. Compré el 9 de abril y mi pedido no ha llegado. Ellos me dicen que lo sienten, no me devuelven el dinero y el pedido no llega. Van a ser ya 4 meses. Creo que lo han perdido y se desentienden del tema.

NO COMPRÉIS AHÍ.

My absolute favourite online store for shoe purchases!!
My orders always arrive quickly and are well packaged.
I am completely in love with this store and will always go to them for alternative/pole shoes xxx I cannot recommended this website enough <3

I purchased a pair of creepers for my daughter for Xmas last year which were the last ones on sale but accidently ordered a size 9M thinking it was a woman's 9 so I had to return them for a smaller size. My daughter usually wore a women's 8-9. Because these were all in men's sizes I had to decide between a men's 6 or 7. I called up and spoke to Mel and she couldn't have been more helpful. I decided on the 6 which she sent to me as soon as the other shoes arrived back. When the 6's arrived they turned out to be too small so I had to send them back and get the 7. Telling Mel that I needed to once again return them because of incorrect size I sort of expected her to be a bit annoyed. Nope! Not only was she not fussed she emailed me a ticket to put on the return package so I didn't have to pay for postage!! As soon as she got the shoes back, the 7 (correct size finally) was in the mail to me that day. I have never had such amazing customer service from any online retailer EVER! Cannot recommend Tragic Beautiful enough. If only all stores could be this good.

I absolutely love shopping with Tragic Beautiful! Their customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond for their customers. I love the VIP group, the staff and fellow customers are great - so friendly and down to Earth! If there's a problem (which is rarely) the staff are on the ball to make the shopping experience a amazing one! I love the variety that caters to many different tastes. The owners and staff actually care about their customers :) Mel has been amazing and been able to order items in from overseas that we otherwise wouldn't of had access to! Great range and have also set up new ventures including makeup (Evil Eye) and skincare (Witchcraft Skincare) ranges which I also love and support. Love them and rarely shop anywhere else x :D

The most amazing online store! Always helpful and they go out of their way to satisfy all customers!

The team are amazing, the shipping is fast and the products are better than top quality.

Plus you get special gifts whenever you purchase stuff and if you are in the VIP page.
Speaking of VIP page, AMAZING!

Started shopping with them years ago and haven't stopped. They always have a great range, decent prices with great and affordable payment options, and if anything goes awry, the Tragic Team is always happy and eager to help with whatever it is! Probably some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a shop. Lots of great goodies and deals often make it my first choice all the time for any new clothes, shoes, makeup, homeware and gifts~

Best customer service 🕷️Highly recommend.

Love the range. Love the service. Cannot fault anything from this store 🥰

I love this store so much! We don't have anything like this in WA, so it's so good that this store has an amazing online presence. The staff there are incredible, always so friendly and helpful. I shop here way too often!

Absolutely fantastic company. Top quality products with great prices and sales!

Tragic Beautiful have the best goods and honestly, the most amazing, approachable, consistent customer service. If there are ever any problems, they're fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible for the customer. Their goods are varied and just gorgeous, and I recommend them 100% for all your alternative/goth/emo/indie/witchy/hippie needs.
