I have been shopping with Tragic Beautiful for many years. I have always been thrilled with the high level of customer service and support, the product quality is outstanding and there is always so many wonderful and weird goodies to choose from. Would highly recommend to anyone whom appreciates the dark and quirky side of life.

Great product range, fast shipping times, and you know there's real people behind the scenes who take care with your order and do their absolute best to accomodate requests.

I love all the clothing and items they have to offer, fast shipping and easy to use website

I can’t even begin to thank this company for what they did for me... Mel a special thank you 🙏 you are such a beautiful soul... Mel took my call and I explained I needed the shoes for a important function and she reassured me my shoes will arrive ASAP as it generally takes a while because they where being shipped from the USA..she got in touch with them and asked them to send my shoes quickly... I will be buying most things now from this site the customer service is fantastic... they don’t treat you like they have a million customers they treat you personally! Mel even sms me from her personal mobile just to reassure me that they’ve been posted... I’m so great full to you Mel and your team 💗😘

Despite the items taking longer to be received for me personally ( I live in the US), this site is excellent. I love the variety of items and I'd like to personally highlight the customer service of this site. Tragic Beautiful provides the BEST customer service I've EVER had! Yes, you read that correctly, the BEST. I'd ordered a pair of beautiful boots that I'd waited more than three months for since they'd been sold out so consistently in my size. I ordered a size 7 which is normally my size, but I hadn't known their sizes run a tad large and there was one 6 left in stock. I chatted in and asked if I could exchange for the correct size. The agent automatically put the last 6 on hold for me and labeled the size as sold out. As soon as they received my size 7 return, the 6 was immediately shipped out. Not only that, but the manager there discounted my shipping handsomely because of the fact that I live in the US and it'd take forever. And I didn't even say I wanted to speak to a manager! I've had great experiences from this site. Waiting a little longer for amazing items it completely worth it!!!

Best customer service! They respond right away, and always solve any issues! I’ve never had a problem just swapped sizes and they dont stuff around or anything they process returns etc straight away! If they are out of stock of something they do their best to get it back in for you and generally are able to. Their customer service is impeccable can’t be beaten.

Wow! I LOVE these guys. Every time I order I get it within a day or two. Returns are easy and they've upgraded me to free express shipping a couple of times. They include a free lolly and postcard or sticker in orders too!
