When it all goes wrong, great companies stand up to be counted, Inspire do not.
Unfortunately we had an issue with our hotel booking that centred around a trip to London to attend the BST at hyde park with VIP tickets. On arrival at the hotel we found that our reservation was not made and had to spend an hour trying to resolve the problem by calling the emergency number which happened to be an international number. We were offered an alternative however this was not of an equivalent product and so sourced our own alternative accommodation.
Once our weekend was concluded we began the complaints process only to find that Inspire use a third party to book accommodation and the third party would take no responsibility for the issue caused and would not entertain offering any more than the cost of the original booking and a small compensatory amount.
We asked inspire if they would be willing to take a level of responsibility and they also refused to upgrade the compensatory amount, neither party willing to accept that our weekend had been impacted. Neither party even considered covering the cost of the international call an acceptable cause of action.
I’m afraid that I will not be using the company again and I would also advise anyone else to find an alternative booking arrangements.

Got given a voucher as a leaving gift. You have to call to book and they give you a quote. Long winded and waste of time.looking at holidays is too fidget I think they make it hard work so you don’t book. £200 gift unused. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Do not recommend - stressful experience
Horrific experience from start to finish. Unhelpful on the phone, prices are extremely expensive and to top it all off. I left an item in the hotel (understand of cours my fault for leaving) I tried to contact both hotel and company and spent hours on the phone being passed from pilar to post as hotel would tell me I need to speak with agent (as I couldnt pass security) and vice versa when I raised my concerns I was initially told to send an email who then didnt treat my email as a compliant and then told me to send a letter in the post so ultimately refuse to deal with complaints. Very dismissive and rude. Would not recommend to anyone and would advise to stay clear!

I cannot recommend this travel agent highly enough! From the very beginning, Paul one of their agent Ibspoke to was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful.
