UK hotel bookings more expensive via inspire
Have recently booked 2 UK hotels through Inspire travel site, to use up the £ value I had on a travel card. The process for booking and availability of hotels was good, however each hotel would have been significantly cheaper had I booked directly with the hotel or other travel comparison sites (I checked other sites when booking and approx £50-£60 less for the same hotel room each time). As I had money on a card which was expiring, I used Inspire card anyway, but I wouldn't use again.

Ryan you have gone the extra mile for me this week and its only Tuesday ❤️...after being scammed last month I lost all hope in online travel agents/bookings, but Ryan has been a godsend and restored my faith, and through that I booked 2 holidays....however very recently my plans had to change due to a family emergency and I had to cancel my cruise for next month, he sorted it all out, got my trips refunded, and found us an alternative for next year so we didnt lose any more money or have to deal with insurance companies...Ryan you will never know how much I've appreciated your help ❤️ what has been an emotional rollercoaster these past few days, you have relieved some of the worry and stress...quality, and prompt service, and 100% customer focused... highly recommend this guy ☺️🥰

Extortionate booking fees
The booking fee for a weekend away is £100 on top of the normal price booking direct with Hoseasons. This is extortionate and wrong.
