Travel Oxygen by Liberty Medical Reviews

Took some doing to get it to work correctly in the vehicle i was traveling in. But i called and Tony talked me through it, though i felt like he was talking to me like he thought i was stupid

I rented from them for my trip. The product arrived exactly when it was due. The handle had broken off in transport. I called the 24 hour service number. THE OWNER called me back! She assured me that I wouldn't be charged for damages. She then gave me her personal phone number to call anytime and wished me safe travels. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the handle was broken. (There was a rolling cart included in the shipment, and due to my late ordering there wasn't enough time to reship a replacement.)

Your unit was right on time for my trip. Plus your worker were great.

I live in Denver. Liberty was extremely reliable. I received my oxygen concentrator a day earlier than promised. Everything needed was in the box, including a return shipping label. I was only charged for the period from when my plane left and returned. Everything worked perfectly.
I was concerned that I was investing over $400 up front. Before ordering I spoke with two of the company's executives. They were very helpful and supportive. I felt that if I encountered any problems, they would treat me fairly.

Great service, highly recommended. 5 stars!!!

Excellent service. Delivery and pickup were exactly as promised.

Could not be easier. Was so worried about my first vacation away from the security of my home oxygen and this was SUPERB! Didn't even feel like I was away from my own bed at night. Instant set up and packing up was a breeze. A thousand thanks and look forward to using your service again.

They got me just what I needed when I needed it.

All are great employees and get the job done

Everyone was very helpful and reassuring. We had never used or rented a unit before and had many questions and fears. Staff was wonderful even after many calls with new concerns before we left. All went well coming and going by plane. Will use Liberty again when needed.

Shipped me a defective Stationary charger and when I called they refused to acknowledge that the part was defective.
When I called a Technical support person stated that he would send me a manual regarding the use of the stationary charger, nothing was ever sent.
He practically argued with me on the phone.
Extremely poor customer service.

I rented a POC and they were extremely helpful and professional and patient in explaining things to me and making sure I had exatly all that was needed. I would highly recommend them.

Customer Service was top notch. Can't say enough about how wonderful Yvette was to deal with over the phone. She helped to make decisions on which travel oxygen concentrator to rent for our vacation and explain everything in great detail. Also, a plus that she speaks Spanish. Would definitely recommend Liberty Medical.

I purchased a Mini Go Cart for my Simply Go concentrater and I am very satisfied with it. Thank you Liberty Medical.

Trained friendly staff and always answered fone calls. Delivered exactly as stated and on time. Equipment clean and functioned well.
I would and will recommend this company to anyone who asks and will definitely use them for future needs. Thank you

(Had called other companies offering same services however after a quick conversation realized I would not be using them due to attitude over the fone and unwillingness to answer simple questions)

The girls at Liberty Medical were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am enjoying the travel oxygen without having to carry my big unit from home.
