Highly recommended and will defo use again

Was looking to book a taylor made Florida experience again this year. Have booked now with Travel Planners again.
They weren't the cheapest; but there fast responses, politeness and a feeling of "Nothing is to much to ask/check with them" was the deciding factors. When your going to spend a large amount on a holiday you want peace of mind!!
Shout out to Paul Corderoy again for all his help, keep it up.

This is our first ever booking with travel planners and booking such a big holiday however Paul Corduroy was great at offering advice and was really helpful and honest when helping! He spent ages searching for the right holiday for us and sent numerous quotes over and they were unbeaten on price by a long shot!
The only thing we don’t like is the £50 admin charge to quickly change hotels when we don’t go for over a year is a little unfair, you also have to pay this first then another payment with the change of price was complicating it when it could all be paid together.
This is no reflection on Paul though we couldn’t really fault him!

Absolute rip off merchant.
Been quoted £2300 to amend a holiday, plus the price of the actual holiday is more than booking a new one because I got a quote for a new booking.
Other option is do a brand new booking and lose £1650 already paid.
Thats not an amendment fee, it is daylight robbery.
Would post on Facebook but been blocked from commenting since you dont want anyone else to know what it is your trying to charge.

In response to the reply, funny because after going through multiple different people, the cost is now £300 per booking!

This is the first time I have booked with Travelplanners and dealt with Paul Corderoy. My recent experience of high street agencies hadn't been great, if it wasn't a straight forward package holiday, they couldn't be bothered ,quite a lot of apathy....until I spoke to Paul. He was polite, interested, knowledgeable and willing to bend and flex to ensure I got the holiday that was right for us.Nothing was a bother which is much appreciated from a fellow ex travel agent.We are looking forward to our holiday all the more now! I have just booked my first family holiday to USA. Paul Corderoy has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. He provided me with clear and precise information and sent over multiple quotes to address each of my needs. Paul was patient and understanding when I asked for changes to be made, and nothing was too much trouble. In 2024 we booked a holiday through Paul Corderoy and from start to finish he was brilliant! Very knowledgable, listened exactly to what I wanted, very responsive and supportive to all my questions, the service was honestly amazing. I’d go as far as saying the best holiday booking experience we’ve had. The holiday Paul planned for us was the most incredible holiday, so much so Paul has planned our 2025 holiday too! He’s honestly been a pleasure to deal with, thank you so much Paul !!

I used Travelplanners to book our family holiday to Florida. We all had a brilliant time and I will be recommending the company to family and friends when booking their holidays in future. The agents were so knowledgeable with everything Florida and Disney. Big thankyou to Paula for helping with the initial booking of flights, accommodation and car hire. The villa was amazing everyone had so much space and I really appreciated all her recommendations, as originally, we were planning on staying on another resort. Thankyou also to Jorden for helping with our Disney park tickets and all the help and advice given. We are all very sad to be home, but hopefully in the future we will book again.
