TUI shop in Clondalkin
I deal with the TUI shop in Clondalkin, Dublin. I find the staff there to be extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. It's really good to have issues dealt with or questions answered by a real person rather than a chatbot.
Samantha, Nicole, Faye and Corina are always ready to help and their friendly demeanour is outstanding.
They go a long way to make the often stressful task of booking a holiday - especially a group holiday - a very plesant experience. You should be very proud and appreciative of these lovely ladies.

Beware! No warning if same Traveller Name entered twice
I booked a holiday online one evening and on receiving the email confirmation realised I had incorrectly entered my name in place of my daughter's. I phoned TUI the next morning and they said they would make the name change at no cost on their side but that Ryanair would charge me a fee of €115.00 to make the change. After a number of phone calls and talking to a Ryanair chatbot, I had to pay. A very stressful situation (and bad experience) that TUI could easily prevent for its customers if its website had a simple Alert warning to double-check passenger details before confirming.

I recently dealt with Tracey in the TUI office in Mahon point, Cork .Tracey was very professional, approachable and knowledgeable on the holiday area we were interested in. She did comprehensive research on holiday options, tailor made packages for us and we received information and replies promptly. Overall an excellent experience
