Tiny portions and unauthentic food. Its such a rip-off. Will definitely not be returning. The food tastes like it is full of sugar and it tastes nothing like real caribbean food. Such a disappointment.

The cocktails were lovely and good value when you can get 2 for 1. Food on the other hand was very poor you can get better Mac & cheese from Sainsburys then what they do, the food just had no flavour what so ever and I can safely say I’ll never eat from here again.

Do not use this restaurant in Exeter. The bottomless brunch is not worth it. Service was slow and the food disgusting. They try to get everyone to have the same drinks. And to top it off they have double charged my Apple Pay and are arguing with me over this. I do not trust this store. There are plenty of other lovely restaurants in Exeter that also sell cocktails. Go to them instead. Especially for a group booking.

Excellent visit to Newcastle Turtle bay. The guy serving us was great. Really friendly and helpful.
Food was great. We had the jerk seasoned burger with a side and soft drink from the £10 lunch menu.
We both felt it was excellent value and really enjoyed our visit.
The only issue was I couldn't access the turtle bay app for 45 minutes. Another customer was having the same issue, so I'm not sure if it was an issue with the app, wifi or my phone provider.
The turtle bay loyalty scheme is one of the best out there. Definitely worth signing up.

We went to Turtle Bat Winchester and was extremely disappointed. The staff were absolutely lovely. They worked their selves to death trying to serve everyone. However a bottomless brunch considered of a burger with no fries or salad or a wrap. Very tasteful but seriously I stopped for a curry on the way home as I was starving. You could pay another £5.50 and have a meal from the main menu but at £37.50 did u really want to do that. Was this value for money absolutely not. Would I recommend absolutely not. Would I go there again absolutely not. Was it value for money absolutely not. Would have been better going to weather spoons. Extremely disappointing

Visited in Birmingham, Miles and Samantha were fabulous bringing out regular drinks and very chatty!!

I was not impressed by the lack of service for the bottomless drinks menu. They are very courteous and attentive when you first come in. Then they deliberately ignore you after they have given you the first drinks. I felt like I had to beg and beg for them to bring another cocktail out. £100 odd quid and I am begging-never again. The portion of the food is now halved. Please don't schedule your bottomless drinks at busy times. They only focus on paying live customers not pre paid bottomless deals. They think they are being smart holding back your drinks to a point of absolute non service. It is disgusting!! We are not stupid and you need to attend to all customers not just ones where you feel you can squeeze more money from. Please test and see it for yourself. You will be served and greeted immediately then ignored. It is not bottomless. It should be beg me for another. I will never go back again with all the available competition that they have.

The prawn starter or mo jerk chicken main gave me compala bacta food poisoning and we had to wait over a hour for the main i have been ill for over a week now not good at all (CHESTER BRANCH)

Croydon's TurtleBay Where do I start? 1st ordered the Mo'Bay Chicken, ordered starters and drinks. Pineapple juice is not then told 10 mins later that they had no Mo'Bay, Jerk chicken breasts or halves in. (Caribbean restaurant and no chicken!!!) But you took the orders for the chicken knowing that? Waited for our starters which then arrived after the Kingston chicken, which was a dry mess of batter and very little chicken, the Curry Goat hash had undercooked eggs, gristle filled curry even though the place was virtually empty. Also it was cold outside and the aircon was still on making it cold inside too! I now know why I have avoided this place and won't be returning. Terrible and disappointing experience!!

Visited Cardiff and Wales, from Glasgow, for the first time this weekend. Had THE best Sunday-night Caribbean soul food here, my first time dining with Turtle Bay… Curry goat. Festivals (dumplings). Carib lager. Scoop of coconut ice cream. Duppy Share XO with ice. Service was so very friendly and quick, with mainly Katie looking after me well. Lovely, chilled atmosphere with the music and feel of the place. I felt at home. Cold and wet outside in the street, but positively tropical inside. The real Don Dada! Respect.

We went for bottomless Brunch and it was awful. We went on a Saturday and it was so slow. Not enough people on the bar and we didn’t get enough drinks for 37 quid. We were waiting so long for our first drinks. Unbelievable.

Amazing food in the Plymouth branch, reasonable prices that don't leave you out of pocket by much!, service was amazing, I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink so I asked the person who took our order and he recommended Red Leg rum and Ginger Beer, having never tried it I was slightly nervous as I'm not the adventurous type, I've now found my new favourite drink mixture.

Went to the Manchester Northern quarter Turtle bay waited over an hour for starter. Ended up just leaving and cutting the evening short.

Cocktails were ok. But waiting over an hour for a starter was a let down.

Oxford Road Turtle Bay. Food less than average. Jerk chicken was dry and overcooked. No sauce. Red hair girl who served us was terrible. Service was poor and didn't clear any plates from our main. Sat there for 20mins. When she did come over it, it was because we asked for the bill. Plantain was oily. Not worth the money or patience. Go at your own risk.

I went here last Friday and had terrible service. When I wrote to customer service the staff when asked have lied and said we used inappropriate language and behaviour. I am in total shock.

Booked a bottomless brunch in the Bath restaurant. 10 mins before i had to go to the bar and order drinks. Sat there for 20 mins and still didn't get drinks even though other that arrived after us did. The outside seating was a drug users meeting place. The stink of weed was overwhelming. I have no objecting to people using weed but I would not want to smell it whilst eating. We just got up and left and went to Weatherspoons had a great meal and a drinks with great service, at a quarter of the price. Lesson learned. I'll never go there again.

Dried up food not as described really noisy slow service. Nice staff but even the drink and pudding were horrible. Hardly any sauce on main. Under cooked chicken.
Disappointing won’t be back

Charlotte was great, really made it a great experience.
