Very good service and advice and no pressurised selling

On time and helpful

So impressed. To avoid a cyclist I hit a post and took off my door mirror. Rob managed to sort out a temporary fix so that I actually had a mirror and ordered the parts needed. It’s now fixed and I was lucky as the camera didn’t need replacing, saved me £500+. Honest and genuine customer service

Very easy to book. Staff are welcoming and professional. A clear explanation of the courtesy car and its differences from mine. The car was cleaned when I collected it. Have used TW White since 2018 and very happy with them.

My brother and I were looking for an Approved Used car after I had just passed my driving test. Before visiting TW White & Sons in Orpington, we had been to another dealership and looked at a few cars, but none of them felt quite right.

When we arrived at TW White & Sons, we met Simon from the sales team. He was friendly, welcoming and never once made us feel under pressure. Initially, he showed my brother a car that suited what he was looking for, and Simon made the whole buying process smooth by helping with all the paperwork and documentation. My brother was delighted with his new car.

At the time, they didn’t have a car that matched exactly what I wanted, but Simon told me there was one at another branch that met my criteria and offered to have it brought over for me to view. The very next day, he had arranged for the car to be transferred.

What impressed us most was Simon’s honesty. Before I even drove the car, he explained that it had an issue where it was pulling slightly to the right under braking. His transparency gave us confidence because he wasn’t trying to hide anything. I took it for a test drive, loved the car, and decided to buy it. Simon promised the issue would be fully resolved before handover, and he kept his word. The car was repaired, prepared to a very high standard, and he even filled the fuel tank before I collected it, which was a lovely surprise.

Both my brother and I ended up driving away in our dream cars, and we genuinely feel we made the right choice by buying from TW White & Sons. Simon was professional, honest, knowledgeable and never pushy, which made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

The Approved Used vehicles are presented in excellent condition, and the team clearly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.
