Should be zero ! Product faulty!
Should be zero. I ordered a mini velo bike from Japan . Payed extra to arrive early too. When the product arrive , the box is beat up, very dusty and dirty. I assembled, didn't notice right away. I bring it to bike mechanic to fix rear break because the disc keep on hitting the rotor and making sound. And to set up the tyres too. He found out the the frame and fork was bent. Now it is really showing the defect and jot safe to ride.

Long postage time
The only issue was a pretty long postage time, although coming from USA & clearing customs probably accounts for much. Had fantastic communication about my item when it actually moved, arrived nicely protected in its packaging & happy overall with purchase

Only received one of the bottles
Only received one of the bottles. I ordered 2 and paid for 2. Such an error is disappointing. I ordered 2 so I could save on delivery costs. They have since admitted the error and apologised and are now fulfilling the order. Resolution was speedy and appreciated.
