Cost me $145 for 1kg of dutch licorice instead of $30 tried to cancel to no avail order got shipped anyway, canceled within 1 hour, will never go near their site again. Nothing about express post on order and thanks for offering me $20 I'd rather the review stay to warn others

My order was received short of units…
My order was received short of units paid for in full, unfortunately this is the second time this has happened. I am ordering from Australia and therefore ordered several units of the product purchased to justify the costly shipping fees. I am still following up a refund for a purchase made in January 2026.
