Have had 2 pairs of over the ear headphones from Urbanista. First pair lasted about 2 years before the headband just cracked and broke. I really liked them, so I replaced them with the same, as I like the self-charging aspect. Unfortunately second pair lasted just less than 2 years before they packed up. Kept switching themselves off and became really crackly, to now be unusable.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, and they should only last 2 years, but they aren't that cheap. With more solar powered ones on the market, I'll try a different brand.

Absolutely its the best headset i have ever tried it ( Los Angeles) and the customer care is so great i never had such good experience i highly recommend it it worth it each penny u pay , my headphones got broken and they sent me the new pair replacement with 0 charge in fews days only

HO comprato le casse Sydney, il suono fa schifo ma vabeh non mi aspettavo gran che. Dopo due giorni gia non si riesce piu' a caricarle, ho cambiato il cavo ma niente. il centro assistenza e' una presa in giro , sul sito forniscono un idirizzo email che non esiste . Sconsiglio l'acquisto.

Really poor quality, pairing doesn’t work properly, one EarPod dead, don’t bother buying.

I ordered a pair of earbuds that are unusable - they're massive, flimsy and won't stay in my ears. According to their website they offer 30 day returns but you have to email them first to get the address. I've been trying to contact their support email address over the last 3 weeks and no one bothers to even answer!

The covering on the ear section of my Urbanista Los Angeles headphones burst. Customer service could not assist me and said there were no spare parts to fix it.

Hörlurarna gick först och främst sönder efter 3 månaders användning ungefär vilket inte är okej. Kanske ett måndagsexemplar? Absolut men det är i princip omöjligt att få kontakt med bolaget. Mejlat dem två gånger, först den 4:e november och sen igen den 12:e november. Inte hört ett ord från dem ännu. Blir att köpa något annat märke istället.

Love my Copenhagen. A cheap alternative to Apple earbuds.

I purchased a pair of Palo Alto and I´m so happy with the service and the product.:)

I’ve had 3 different Urbanista products: Stockholm plus, Los Angeles and now Palo Alto. I’m happy with the performance and i like the color options. The adaptive noice cancelling on Palo Alto is aamazing!! Perfect for me who travels a lot. Hope they make a follow up on LA, the solar feature is cool. :-)

I love these headphones, super comfortable and great bass! I have used them for a few calls and people say I sound good, so for me this is a 5 out 5.

Great brand - impressed with Palo Alto! Battery life, Adaptive ANC and the phone calls is outstanding 👍.

Ordered the Palo Alto earbuds from Urbanista.com. Quick delivery and love the purple color! Great noise cancelling too.
