First time on there. Did what I wanted it to. I'm at home all day everyday untill Wednesday 3rd July. If i get a "We tried to deliver your parcel but you wasnt in " card through the letterbox again, or a "you wasnt in so i threw it in a strangers garden" card. Evri are shit. Still operating like they always have

First time ordering from here so I wasn't sure but my 16 year old son really liked the grey Hugo Boss jacket for his prom. I ordered the 38L and this just fitted so I ordered the 40L to compare and this one was better so I returned the 38L which was hassle free and easy. I would definitely use again and recommend. Also the price was so good and my son will be able to use this jacket for job interviews.

Paid the £10 to get inside 24 hours on the Saturday as knew I was in sunday , its monday morning now and I'm about to go work and it's still not here , why you charging extra if you cant make the promise inside 24 hours

Ordered trainers for a good price and got an acknowledgment with a delivery date. Once date passed and no shoes I chased customer service for weeks to finally be told they had no stock and they were cancelling the order. Still waiting on my refund 10 days after cancellation. Ironically I could still place an order for the same shoes tonight. Very slow customer service. Dreadful experience never to be repeated.

Placed order Sunday afternoon and goods were delivered on the Monday as promised

Website back end is non functional, this is now the third time in as many months ive found an item I like the look of thats sold out everywhere else in my size and the useless checkout / website back end will NOT let me place the order, I thought it was a problem on my end last time but now after trying to order unsuccessfully twice its USCs awful website thats to blame, tried on 3 different devices, incognito mode, cookies cleared, you name it! The useless website will not let me place an order for love nor money! Last time I even try. Jokers.

Website is easy to navigate and item was a reasonable price, but order to shop is the same price as home delivery, Normally it's free in store delivery.

Item sent out to me in a terrible condition (EA tshirt)arrived screwed up in a bag ..on inspection I noticed a mark on the front..looked like it had previously been returned..I was expected to pay to return this and pay for P&P…after I questioned this I got several half hearted replies..finally. being told on receipt of my return that would refund my postage as well….Well unsurprisingly this didn’t happen..I was just refunded the T shirt cost..This company can only be described as inept at best.I certainly will not buy from them again..I have messaged them again only this time that are not replying ..they truly are rubbish

I ordered clothing from USC, but the courier (Evri) delivered it to the wrong address. The official tracking data explicitly shows the GPS map pin dropped on house number 45, which is not my house. I am at 49. The delivery photo clearly shows the door of number 45 wide open with a resident standing there taking the package. However when I knocked, the residents at 45 deny having the parcel, so I am without my purchase.

Despite the undeniable photographic and GPS evidence showing courier error, USC customer service sent me multiple generic rejection emails claiming the parcel was "delivered to the correct location". They refused to look at the obvious tracking data and decided to side with Evri. Ultimately I have been forced to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid this retailer at all costs.

I sent some jeans back and the credit came back into my account within days. Very impressed

Normally very good but when you pay next day delivery and its now 21:37 and parcel still not here not really happy with

Honestly after reading all the 1 star reviews i was worried as i already placed my order but thankfully my order was delivered after only 3 days considering i opted with the longest delivery date i was pleased that it came a whole week early, nothing wrong with it, it came with the box and everything. very pleased and i will be ordering again

I have bought clothes and shoes from last few years. I am satisfied with their services especially prices are reasonable. But Till 2024 all prices on this website mention in ' € '. Now I have placed two orders in this month but all prices are in UK Pound. I think its not convenient to residents of other European countries. I think its a big problem.
