Prices are mentioned in £ UK pound instead of € euro
I have bought clothes and shoes from last few years. I am satisfied with their services especially prices are reasonable. But Till 2024 all prices on this website mention in ' € '. Now I have placed two orders in this month but all prices are in UK Pound. I think its not convenient to residents of other European countries. I think its a big problem.

Buy in store and it’s a different price, change your mind and can’t get a refund, get offered credit note only. Would not purchase from USC, sports direct or Flannels again. Can tell who owns these companies.

Broken website and useless customer service
I spent a week trying to place an order.
Nothing worked. When I finally contacted their customer service, I was told what I had already done (clean cache anc cookies, remove and readd the item, log in, log out, etc).
I also provided a step by step email with the issue and they did not understand and kept repeating the same things. It's like that you beed to beg them to spend your money here. Terrible!

Placed and paid for an order 2weeks ago that has never arrived. The site says the orders open and will be delivered but never has! They’ve taken my money and as far as I can see from trying, there’s no way of contacting them! Any help would be appreciated :)

Website wouldn’t let me order, I tried everything they suggested (though only one of the customer service advisors actually seemed to want to help) and then eventually they just gave up helping me.
Had this issue 2 years on the trot, so I just spend my money elsewhere now.

Really good service, very efficient. It would of been 5 stars if I didn't have to pay £4.99 to return the original item, as I have now paid an extra £15 in delivery and return charges

I ordered a gift voucher on a Friday expecting it to be delivered the same day via email and it wasn’t. It said it would be delivered by the Monday and still nothing. Contacted web chat who offered to send it through and it came eventually. Shame I had to chase and the agent didn’t apologise

I ordered some clothes online and this cost £199. I used gift cards to purchase these as I receive a discount through my company.when I placed the order I didn't receive email confirmation which is odd, I did the usual and checked the junk folder etc and nothing. Upon recieving the order I noticed over half the order was missing , I assumed it would come in 2 parts as it was a fairly big order, but when I looked inside the receipt was there and it was 1/1. This is where the frustration began, their online chat team and absolutely shocking. You start off speaking to a virtual assistant which types less robotic than the actual agents. Non of them can explain why this has happened, they don't answer your questions and all give the same robotic answers. They then tell you that they have to end the chat to convert it into an email and then you do not receive an email response. To say this is a well known retailer their aftercare team is shocking and unprofessional.
