Allways buy my boss jeans and polos here genuine and value for money

What a joke first order off them and the last... Evri delivered it to the wrong address and usc expect me to find it they also want me to fill out a missing form for the items this is not my responsibility it's the senders.. I contacted evri and they told me to contact usc to file a claim.. So basically they keep the money and expect you to claim it back off the courier service... I bought the goods off usc not evri it was your choice to use evri your duty to sort it out... Don't pass the buck

Received parcel from Evri and out for the 5 items of clothing I ordered, I only received 2 as the packaging was opened and resealed. I am contacting USC tomorrow and will change the rating dependant on customer service however, currently not a good experience as I am missing £80 worth of clothing. (2 x hoodies and 1 x t shirt missing)

Delivery was quite quick & the site is quite easy to navigate. I like this company however it works out really expensive when you add postage especially if you have to make a return. There is no option to return your items to a sports direct shop which is a negative- and again you have to pay for returns which adds on on £10 if you consider the postage for your items plus the cost of a return- it’s the extra costs that stop me from purchasing more items from this company which is a shame- especially if I’m trying to work out what size I need as my husband has lost a lot of weight

It went great - good price and very fast delivery. It could have been better if the shipping costs were lower, but it is what it is.

Purchased a Hugo Boss long sleeve polo top in 2 sizes to find the best fit. Tried them both on, kept one returned the other with no issues.
I wore the top once, washed it online with the attached instructions and the item has shrunk so much it no longer fits.
I raised a complaint and was asked to return the item.
They checked this on receipt, agreed that it had shrunk but claim they're not liable so returned the item.
Under the consumer rights act, as they admit the item is not fit for purpose (an item of clothing should be able to withstand washing surely?) they should refund the customer and take up the issue with the manufacturer if they wish.
Anyway, their warehouse says no and can apparently dismiss the consumer rights act.

From web site clarity to ease of ordering, a great firm as usual.

The website is easy to use. Brand choice is good. All my item were received in perfect condition and delivery was quick.

Equipage non professionnel, peu aimable, restauration de mauvaise qualité, pas suffisamment de boissons, écrans HS, pas d'écouteurs, qualité low cost, escale à Madrid non prévue, facturation des bagages à l'aéroport (pour 2 valises en soute 302 euros aller simple) impossible de s'enregistrer en ligne ce qui a provoqué une attente interminable, aucune explication de la part du personnel au sol
je vous épargne les modifications 1 mois avant de partir, changement d'aéroport, de Zaventem nous sommes passés à CDG Paris et au lieu du départ le vendredi 19/12 nous sommes partis le samedi 20/12, cela a été des vacances éprouvantes en terme de stress, fatigue, contrariétés, en résumé personne ne veut assumer ses responsabilités (vendeur du forfait PROMOSEJOURS, prestataire HELIADES et compagnie aérienne EUROAIRLINES (vol affrété USC)
