Very smooth transaction, the Arctic Army Men's Muskox Waterproof Baffle Stitching Parka fitted as per measurement chart on website. The Parka is a top quality product very warm and very quick delivery. The only negative point was there was no label inside the coat stating the materials used or country of manufacturing I thought this was a legal requirement when seller in the UK.

I bought a 38w 34l, so I believed I’d be getting a 38 inch waist and a 34 inch leg. But oh no that would be too simple! I got a 38 cm waist and a 34 inch leg!!!

Sizing all wrong even though brought brand before. Customer services unhelpful, just repeated statutory response like AI. And then I had to pay for them to be returned.

Black Friday offer of gift voucher didn't recieve even though I qualified, very hard to contact usc and when you do contact them, they want to direct you to another department. Not the first time I have had issues with usc but will be the last. Usc, please don't ask me to reach out as I already have contacted your customer service and wasted my time.

I have been trying to order online for the last three days & it won’t accept the payment details l have also emailed usc customer service for help only to be given a case number & to be told they are busy at the moment & will get back to me soon, the customer service for this company is appalling it’s impossible to speak to anyone for help.

Great products from loads of quality brands at amazing discounts. Sadly, the trainers I ordered were too small and there weren't any larger sizes.

The team I spoke to work with great urgency to rectify an issue caused by the courier service EVRI.
They listened very well and sorted everything within a matter of a couple of days.
I have finally got the items I’ve ordered and paid for and they are awesome too.
It was very refreshing to be able to speak to actual humans instead of chatbots. They have one of the best customer service I have experienced.

Great experience, quick delivery, fantastic price, very happy with my item, would order from you again. My only feedback was that the photo didn’t show the detail on the gilet up close, so that was a bit of a surprise but thankfully I liked it. Would recommend.
