Great experience
Great experience, quick delivery, fantastic price, very happy with my item, would order from you again. My only feedback was that the photo didn’t show the detail on the gilet up close, so that was a bit of a surprise but thankfully I liked it. Would recommend.
Over 2 weeks to email a gift card
Over 2 weeks to email a gift card, customer support overloaded with queries and busy, unsurprisingly.

EDIT: I've read some of the reviews and something stands out to me. Most of the poor reviews are from people who used PayPal, myself included. I wonder if the PayPal integration is misconfigured.
No delivery. No Interest. Never again.
Ordered HUGO pyjamas in the sale. Paid £10 for next day delivery. Didn't arrive the next day even though I'd ordered before the cut off. Understandable because of wintry weather conditions but on the Saturday EVRI delivered to my house and they delivered again on Sunday.
Meanwhile my USC order is nowhere to be seen. No updates, no contact, no nothing. So I complain using the "online chat" WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY OF CONTACTING USC (unless you want to wait 2 days for an email response). USC threaten to cut you off after 5-minutes if they can't answer within that time frame ...... I mean, who does that guys - it is 2026!
"Please be aware; that the maximum queue time will be reached in 5 minutes time.
If we can’t connect you by that point, then we will need to disconnect you from this queue and ask you to try again."
Agent fortunately answered just before we reached the 5-minute "cut off" and tells me IMMEDIATELY that my item is lost in the post. That it is no longer in stock and issues a refund before I confirm that this is what I want.
Elsewhere it is now twice the price to buy the same item. USC clearly don't care. Neither do they care that their courier (EVRI) have lost the item. Not interested to find out if they were nabbed by a dodgy courier guys ??? I would be - it seems to happening regularly at the moment.
So I've wasted 2 hours of my life finding and ordering pyjamas. I've left a similar review for another well known high street brand who also use EVRI ... and guess what, my item got switched out in that case.
I asked the agent for somebody to call me twice during the chat. Here is what I was told:
"Sadly, we only assist via chats and emails."
My advice is only order from USC if you are happy with a faceless and difficult to contact organisation with a customer service system designed clearly to make life difficult.

Next Day Delivery not Worth the Cost
I ordered on 8th January and paid £11.99 for next day delivery. Latest delivery shown as 9th January. I eventually received my item on 10th January, the day after I needed it. I checked the website which indicated there may be a delay due to a storm (not shown when I ordered although the storm was known about then).
I thought I'd contact customer services and ask a question about my delivery charge, but I can't see how I do that. It just keeps showing me a list of delivery charges which is why I'm writing this here.
The item is as described although for the price I'd expect it to be packed better, looked like it had been thrown into the clear bag.
Can't give more than 3 stars as I feel like I've been ripped off for delivery.

I ordered jeans for my wife for Xmas didn’t fit I sent back on 29th with another pair I gt myself both too big ask for refund had gets email to get refund but only 1 pair wait a day or two to see if they will refund second pair didn’t then tried to find a wait to get in contact with them wat a terrible mind field way to try get speak with someone for help . on chat was told
reason 1 they haven’t received item I said impossible as was in one parcel

USC Store Stirling - on returning to store with an item which was minus a logo the Manager would not deal with us and threatened to call security to escort us off the premises. At age 73 and 80 with a receipt for an item at £128 I do not find this behaviour acceptable.

USC sent the wrong item twice and closed chat on me.
USC sent the wrong item, then sent the wrong replacement. Ticket 16964083 / Order USC50000000225554E. Support acknowledged the error and initially discussed collection, but then issued a returns process requiring me to print a label, package the parcel and/or use a drop-off point. I explained I cannot do print/pack/drop-off due to injury and requested a home collection where the driver brings/applies the label, or refund without return. They refused to provide a workable return method and closed the chat. I am still waiting for a supervisor/returns manager to resolve this in writing.

et en prime les écrans ne fonctionnent tj pas… je passe les détails du service et de la nourriture..

Placed order. Paid using PayPal. Order confirmed by USC. Payment confirmed by PayPal. Order cancelled by USC saying payment not authorised. Absolute nonsense. Order placed again. Exactly same acknowledgments. Order cancelled again by USC. I now have two payments showing on PayPal. Told by USC that reserved funds will be released at a later date. Incredible!
Just noticed from other reviews that this is happening all the time to other customers. Is this a scam?
RELEASE THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY.
