Super delivery services and very fair prices 5*

Le vol initial était prévu avec Euroairline et a basculé sur la compagnie USC…
Catastrophique…. Personnel mal aimable limite agressif et vite débordé !
Vol de nuit sans le kit de nuit… les écrans ne fonctionnent pas et si ils fonctionnent nous ne pouvons que regarder les images car pas d’écouteurs…
Et malheureusement, même situation pour le retour avec une heure de retard sans excuses….

Placed an order, they then cancelled the order stating they couldn't authorise the payment even though PayPal have authorised the payment, my money £167 is now stuck in pending for a month with PayPal as it was authorised when the purchase was made, PayPal state only the retailer can cancel it between now and then, the retailer usc terrible service, there response we couldn't authorise payment which is clearly a lie as payment was authorised, basically cant be bothered with the customer, more likely goods out of stock being the real reason.

Farina very nice and informative being that it's my first time at this facility and patiently assisted me in finding right information for my pickup and where to go

First attempt atnthe purchase was cancelled by usc.
I then redidnthenorder and paid extra for 48hr delivery, still not delivered.

Paid for 4 items online all went in the basket took full payment sent a confirmation email then minutes later sent a second email to say 3 items cancelled. Still took full payment plus a delivery charge. If items not available why take payment for them. Terrible customer service

Ordered well within the time frame for Christmas delivery. In fact, the date for latest package arrival was 22/12. Item did not come on 22nd or 23rd or even 26th... Very annoyed and disappointed since this was a Christmas gift which did not arrive on time. Item finally arrived on 27th, 4 days after expected delivery date :|

Disappointing. Ordered items with guaranteed delivery for Christmas, which never arrived! Customer service advised there was a technical glitch which meant they were never dispatched, told them I never received any notification to advise of the delay. They suggested cancelling and reordering instead. I asked if they would refund the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture since they were Christmas presents and the delay was their mistake and was told no

The company could improve by actually honouring the original order I placed, 20% off £100 vouchers so I ordered 3 and never got them or an explanation as to why until I could finally contact customer services and for them to tell me they couldn’t process payment, even though it was processed my side with email confirmation from them and PayPal, by the time I found out, the promotion had finished so I wasn’t able to reorder and only got offered 10% off my next order, very disappointing and as this is the second promotion this has happened to me, I’m put off ordering from you again. A formal complaint will be made.

Not happy , pay for next day delivery with Dpd and yous use the cheaper option of Evri .

Great service kept up to date and the price can't be beaten

Undelivered Christmas parcel with Evri. Re ordered and paid for DPD delivery. You have sent it Evri. Now £260 out of pocket and still no sign of second delivery and no refund for first. USC you are a joke

Item arrived - eventually! Paid £4.99 for delivery within 3-7 days and they didn’t even bother to post it for 11 days. I’m assuming this is to ensure you shell out the extra for express delivery the next time. Trainers are good value but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Think that £4.99 for delivery is awful when it takes ages to arrive. Would totally understand if it was next day

The customer service was outstanding and very helpful. I ordered the same item twice by mistake and contacted customer services to cancel one of the items. The order was cancelled within minutes of the request.

part of my order was missing. i was told it had been delivered. then it must have went missing, it has taken approx 5 weeks, i didnot find anyone very helpful, i am a disabled oar and have to buy everything on line, these items were for xmas presents, that i have to parcel and repost, so i doubt they will get to the people in time, so i went and bought other items, they are supposed to be delivered tonight, sadly i am not happy with the service, regards
