The courier has had my parcel for over a week with no progress on when it will be delivered if I had known you used this courier I would not have shopped with you, items ordered from other people after your order have already been delivered,I am now worried it will not be delivered at all.

Greedy Mike Ashley charging delivery on orders over £100. Scum bag.

Horrible experience there are scammers ! I placed wrong order I wasn’t able to cancel! I contacted them 2 mins after and they told me they can’t cancel ! I’m waiting from 2 December for my order and nothing yet ! They are scammers no refund issued no email nothing ! I can’t contact them

This is not a criticism of USC but of the courier you use, parcel still not arrived

The usual USC issue- place an order, pay in good faith, order goes missing, hassle of having to chase up, rude customer service. Change your courier! Evri are not reliable.

I just bought a pair of shoes for my son that were over £150 on other sites, and I got them here for only £48! The best price on the market — amazing value and great quality. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Two items ordered both CP presents for Xmas The CP shorts arrived with lens missing obviously been taken from packing as it was open. We asked to return and exchange for same item was told out of stock. So was offered £6 refund which was very disappointing. And what was more disappointing later looking on line they were in stock. Very disappointing when the lens is what creates an authenticity for the garment. Disappointment on Xmas morning ☹️

Size was just made up. Very clearly just done to sell an unpopular size as "regular". I'm out £15 even if I return them, I feel scammed, will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn others.

Another useless company that needs to go. Paid for DPD next day as endless issues with Evri. Lo and behold they send a ~£300 sweater with Evri instead and it's already missing the next morning at 9am and charge me still for DPD, couldn't make it up.

I would strongly advise ordering anything over Christmas with them, they clearly have significant issues as evidenced by the recent reviews here.

Customer services just confirmed the parcel was missing, did nothing and then tried to tell me to wait, haha, insane, so now I have to waste more time on a chargeback.

If you scroll down you'll see another customer with the exact same issues. The fact there are not even boilerplate customer services responses to the appalling experiences says it all.

I ordered a pair of Timberland’s for my husband’s Christmas present, USC had the best price overall. The previous reviews almost made me doubt whether I should but I decided to go for it anyway as I saved around £30.

I paid for standard delivery on the Sunday (not next day as a lot of people had complained about this) and they came on the Tuesday, tracked by Evri.

They came in perfect condition with the box in a good condition too. Overall I’d use USC again, everything was shipped by Sports Direct anyway and there were no issues.

Bought timberland boots for £190 in cash returned them and no cash or refund given only a credit note forced into buying something I didn’t really want definitely won’t be back

Paid. £10 delivery for next day Im still waiting 2 days later

Parcel was lost in warehouse. I had to jump through hoops trying to get sorted. Make it easier to contact a human being when something goes wrong. I am the customer after all!

I ordered a Ted Baker scarf which was shown with a gift box. It arrived in a plastic bag without its gift box.
