Bought a vango faros 3 drive away awning, i can really comment on it fully as ive only put it up quick on the drive, what ive seen it looks a very good awning, well made, plenty of tie down ropes and three ways to attach it to the van, by awning rail velcro straps to attach to the roof bars or storm straps that go over the van, standard pegs when you buy any tent or awning but i tend to buy rock pegs anyway, we are going out in it in the next couple of weeks so ill put another post on then with photos

I enquired about replacement storm straps for my vango air awning and they sent me them free of charge the next day . Absolutely outstanding customer service and a special mention to Karen who bent over backwards to help. I’m really impressed with my Vango air awning and will definitely buy same make in the future

I was unsure on which carpet would fit/ replace existing carpet. Emailed Vango and got a swift response with information on what carpet I needed. I purchased carpet which arrived in 2 days, excellent service. Tried out new carpet in awning, excellent quality and fit was spot on. Would happily recommend Vango 👌

I ordered a Vango F10 Radon UL1. It arrived very promptly. Easy to erect with several clever ideas worked in to the design. Surprisingly roomy and well ventilated. Excellent tent.

Good communication and very helpful

Bought a Sunlight Air awning for my Motorhome. It’s just right for what we needed, to provide extra space when staying somewhere more than a couple of nights. Relatively easy to put up but it definitely needs 2 of you. The beading to join it to your caravan or Motorhome was really, really tight, so much so that I needed to buy a joining kit (meant for drive away awnings, which this one isn’t) to enable me to attach it. Got that for £20 so no major issue. Then it joins a piece of cake. Takes around 30 mins to put up/down, not the 8-10 claimed by Vango. Good bit of kit 👍

Vango cove 3 low air awning: so disappointing, only used once, doesn’t fit to our Ford transit van properly despite watching numerous videos how to erect.
Door entrance in Tunnel section doesn’t go opposite our van door without the awning overhanging on one side of the figure of 8 attachment on van awning rail. This design is rubbish and impractical, no space to put items in the tunnel section, also to me having two entrances is not an advantage. Complete nightmare and certainly would not recommend this awning.
I challenge a representative from Vango to put/attach this awning to our van so it is satisfactory and functional.

Bought a Balletto chair. First problem - no instructions on how to open it and had to ask customer support. Second problem - no instructions on how to attach foot rest to chair and had to ask for help with that too, Third problem - the arms get extremely hot in the sun. So basically it's fine and provides what I wanted but its principal limitation is that no-one ever thought that a frail, elderly person living alone might conceivably have trouble with it.

Purchased cragmore 500. Great tent for two person but the second time we put up the tent for what would be only the second night it was ever used, one of the main tent poles split down the middle compromising the stability of the tent structure. Raised this with Vango who said they don’t guarantee poles! Will not purchase or recommend their kit as a result of this

Got the sleeping mat I wanted within days

Perfect size for our camper-van, easy to put up with the AirBeam system. Great quality fabric.

Best awning ever. Even if it is an air one.

Jury out at the mo. Bought it as a throw over, but quite clearly would be best if it were attached to a fixed rail. Having a rail fitted now, but is an unexpected expense.
The tent part of the awning is very good & the airbeam system is excellent.
A piece of the pegging elastic snapped first time out.
David in customer services sending out a replacement piece, not a major issue Would give a fuller review after using it more.

Brought a few things now of the web site great delivery and service.

Got the tailgate awning as I like the concept, just attach to back of the car and bingo extra room. Easy enough to put up and plenty of adjustment to make it snug onto your car. The only thing I would add is a bungy cord or strap line to just sinch the awning onto the car to reduce drafts etc. Other than that great value and very practical. Happy car camping, all we need now is the weather and the midge to play nice 😬.

Bought a 1 person tent from them. Good value for money and it saw me through the first couple of nights camping without any issues. Delivery was good, no issues overall. Recommended.

Had Vango Driveaway awnings for a good number of years now and have always been highly pleased with them, I wanted to try an air awning but wanted to have the flexibility that allows me to set up according to the size and shape of the pitch , the Verso gives you this flexibility, it is a little on the heavy side but that is how all air tents and awnings are, so far so good, lots of features come built in.

I bought Omega 250 ground sheet. When I started looking for it, it was sold out. I registered to the Vango website to be notified when available again. Two weeks ago I have received the notification and I placed the order the day after. I have received the item 2 days after, exactly what I wanted. Great service and fast delivery.
