I ordered this item 10 days ago on the 1st December 2023, I have still not received it.
I am very annoyed and you have not had the decency to inform what has happened . Will this item arrive or not.

Still waiting to receive my order! As it’s Christmas I will reserve judgement

No response from emails or telephone.

Order placed on the 29/11. As with other reviews, not received. Emails sent no replies. Bank refunded. Have reported to Police and Fraud UK as clearly this is theft and the website is still active. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I still haven’t received my order. Have sent three emails and no one has responded. So I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I place an order 24/11/23 still have not received it have email several times and had no response from them. I am disappointed to have not had any response. Don’t know if I’ll get my order or not its like throwing money down the drain. Not a happy customer

Order not received ...tried contacting but emails not replied to and numerous phone calls not answered !!!

Brought products from them on the 24th November but still haven't received my items. I have sent several emails which have all been ignored. I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow to try and get back my £103

Just read the reviews doest look like I am going to get my order. I will be speaking to my bank tomorrow to claim back my money.

Order placed 24th November. Goods not received by 7th December. I've tried to contact them several times and had no response, exactly as others have experienced. And I will be contacting my bank. It's really disgusting. Don't place an order!

I made an order on 23rd September!!!! Not received but as I had used this company before and previous item arrived after 3 weeks I thought it would still arrive so I ordered another item,stupidly. So now I have paid £38.41 and after nearly 3 months I am still waiting. No one answers emails or the phone. Didn't want to leave one star but it wouldn't let me leave 0.

Something needs to be done about this scammer
I've been took for 37 quid
No reply to emails no reply to phone
He is making a fortune out of people
This needs to stop

Like many of the reviews on here. I too haven’t received my goods. £33 they’ve stolen. I had a look on company houses and this company is overdue with their confirmation statement. That along with all the bad reviews tells me this company is in trouble. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never send items out till u complaint

I am yet to receive this order or any correspondence explaining why, despite sending an email asking for an update.

I have placed an order and paid for it on 24th November 23. Should have been 2-3 days delivery but still not received 6th Dec. Sent many emails and had absolutely no response from them. Asked for refund and still no response. Have emailed there supposed head office yesterday but still awaiting response. Will update this review if and when I do receive a response or goods!!!

First 2 orders did not arrive but vapesavers replaced both orders after emailing so ordered again order not received no response to emails and phone never answered £29 out of pocket bank have been advised and are actioning - own fault should never have ordered again after 2 previous issues

This company use to be good but over time they said they sent an order but it never turned up so you would contact them then you would get a delivery, the last order I ordered never came at all and the refuse to answer any calls or emails but these cowboys think they can get away with stealing people's hard earned money but they're just gonna come unstuck as I'm taking this further
