I placed my order 7 days ago, paid for delivery within 4 days and I'm still waiting.
I sent 2 emails to get news and no one replied!

Second bad experience with this company. First one I was waiting 3 weeks for my order despite being told it had been shipped 2 days after my order. Second time order never arrived and no replies to my emails at all. Avoid!

I stopped using vapsavers because on several occasions I had to have my parcel resent due to it being lost/not sent , I recently received an email from vapesavers saying we no longer trust Royal Mail and they have cost them customers , so I thought I would give them another shot and paid specifically for Hermes 1-3 day delivery but yet I received a delivery from Royal Mail 5 days later, emailed them as I paid extra for Hermes and got no response

Order still hasn’t arrived despite paying for 24hour delivery.
Will be reporting to my bank as fraud.

Delivery between 28-30 November.
3rd December no sign of order.
Asking for reviews before order even fulfilled!!! What type of review did you expect?

Awful company don’t order anything from this company because you’ll lose your money.Read reviews of this company before ordering and you’ll see that the few good reviews are by there own staff

I wouldn’t even give this company a star if I could, this company should be flagged up on google, or any other search engine, every delivery I’ve paid for takes around 10 days after several emails, always pay and choose Royal Mail 1-3 days delivery, the last delivery hasn’t arrived £102 out of pocket, opening a dispute with my credit card company for a refund, annoying the inconvenience this is causing especially at this time of year, stay clear of them, they won’t respond to phone calls or emails, then a random one will appear stating they’re looking into it then nothing, worst company ever.

I received a full refund from my credit card issuer after opening a dispute against vapesavers!! Stay clear of this company!!!!

What a disgraceful company!!
After several emails and telephone calls with absolutely no response,asking where my order is, l will NOT be using this Company again.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

What a shame you can’t give zero stars!! Had placed an order and like many others have not received my order despite receiving an email saying it had been dispatched. Have tried on numerous to contact the shop via email and the number provided but no response. 😤😤 I have now found a new shop vapes direct I shall be using them from now on brilliant and quick service

Do not order from this company. Order will not arrive and emails will be ignored.

If you want to be scammed, not have your order sent, have repeated emails ignored and a phone no that nobody answers then order from these. Also be aware of the Vape outlet web site they did the same thing to my husband last year. This time he thought he was ordering from a different company when we looked into it it has a different address but the same email. Had to claim the money back from our bank. Really annoying thing is that they keep sending you emails to rate them, well I have. You have been warned.

Wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order. No contact from the company what so ever. No reply to emails or phone calls. Item never arrived. How the hell are they getting away with it. Bank notified to carry out an investigation

Placed my order over a month ago and have not received my order even though I have received an email confirming that it had been dispatched have emailed several times with no reply
Avoid this company at all costs

Placed order 27th Oct, multiple emails asking for tracking number and update, NOTHING!!, tried contact number just rings and can't leave message, I've used these for ages and had a few issues with late delivery but this really takes the mick, £47 gone, I will be making a complaint and contacting my bank as this is theft, total SCAMMERS do NOT USE!!!!!

Order not received and won't reply to emails AVOID

If I could rate as 0, I would. Pretty sure this is the same company as Vapestores, as I had exactly the same experience with them. First order was fine, nothing but issues since. Placed my last order on the 8th of October and still waiting. Apparently, it was resent… still haven’t got it. Multiple emails sent over the last few days which haven’t been answered. By my estimation, there are at least 7 missing deliveries which have been resent. Have received all of the others, but they are now ghosting. It may be cheap, but you end up spending money buying more juice while you’re waiting!

Still waiting on goods, no response to emails, no answer to phone number on website.
