I have made an order on 22nd of August for an item on sale. The item was not delivered to collection point on the promised delivery date. In my account, it is stated that it is out of stock and there will be delay. So I contacted them via chat a week after the promised delivery as the item was back in stock at the full price. They kept saying that it is out of stock although I could find the same item as available to be purchased for delivery in the next two days at full price. I told them that I will wait for the item beliving that they will deliver the paid item.
After I have raised the concern about the discrepancy in order and availability on the website, they gave me a £10 voucher which I am very reluctant to use now.
After 14 days from promised delivery date, I logged in my account to check the status of delivery. I learnt that they have cancelled my order without my knowledge. The information mentioned that it was cancelled on 5th of September. I received no contact about that.
I previously had mad multiple purchases from this website. However, following this frustrating experience where a well-known company did not keep the promise and treated the customer as they wished, I have lost trust in this retailer. Is this how a well-known retailer treat customers?
If you'd like to be mistreated by companies, this will be the website for you.

In addition to above, they asked me to write a review of that item I was waiting for. I gave one star and mentioned in the review that I have never received the item. I only mentioned about my experience with this long wait and discrepancy between website stock availability and my order status. There were no swear words or any. I have received an email a few days later mentioning that the review did not meet their website guidelines and it will not be published. The reviews you could see on their website are highly likely to be skewed.

I placed a next day delivery order on 1st May, expected for delivery on 2nd May, but as of today (6th March) I still have not received my parcel.

I was not informed of any delay or issue by Victoria’s Secret and only found out after contacting Evri myself. I was told the item was damaged in transit and is under “assessment,” but this has already exceeded the stated timeframe with no updates or resolution.

There has been no proactive communication, no clear timeline, and no proper handling of the issue. I expect better service for a paid next day delivery.

Very disappointing experience overall.

I shopped in your store yeaterday, 12 February, on Buchanon Street in Glasgow. Heather helped me with fitting. She was BRILLIANT! Incredibly patient, kind, helpful. I wound up buying four bras. I had only thought to buy two. I will go back. It was my birthday. I turned 76! She even wrote happy birthday and a heart on the card she gave me giving me details of what I had bought.

Not VS anymore

I order 3 items and the sizing is a total joke! When contacted customer service i was advised by Katie that yes they run small but stretch!! This is the customer service answer, what a joke!!! Oh she also said its American sizing- what a rocket science!! I know its American sizing as i have ordered many times but never had same issue!
Now i am expected to pay for the return on the item that sizing is off. I was loyal customer however with such a competition you can go elsewhere as this is no longer quality company!!!!

Ordered my items easily was given several options for delivery date, I chose the Monday as I would be home. Arrived unannounced on the Sunday...no communication whatsoever. Postage was very expensive considering it was lingerie with no weight at all. Having spent a lot of money, I was at the least expecting the lingerie to be packed in tissue paper, but they came in plastic bags Ugh...... don't think I'll be using this company again

Barely any reviews on here for a massivee multinational and all talking about rubbish

Nightmare company. Not had my order delivered. Told me to go to store. Customer service not helpful

I am not sure of all the negative reviews as all my orders and experiences have been positive so far. The items I have purchased are all lovely. And I was quite impressed that VC had plus size models, more companies should do so. What a horrible person below to comment and say the models are unhealthy. People are honestly the worst these days. Remember what your momma told you, if you can't say anything nice don't day anything at all aka shut up :) 😀

I have had a rather frustrating experience to say the least.

I ordered several bras and a knickers set as they did not have my size in store when I went in. Only after ordering did I receive an email confirming that it would be Next that would be delivering my order.

I paid for Next Day Delivery and 4 days after this the order still had not arrived and had been "delayed" for unspecified reasons. I was directed to speak to Next about this who after about an hour going around the houses (mainly due to no order numbers on confirmation emails) trying to get an answer, eventually said the order was with the courier and would likely be delivered in a couple of days due to the weekend.

The time came and went and I have had to contact Next again (keeping in mind I ordered from VS directly) to chase up my (still missing) order.

Its now been a week since the original delivery date was supposed to be with no communication or update from VS or indeed Next.

Today, after enquiring again, they confirmed the order was lost, that they were refunding me and it would reach me in 3-5 working days and that I would need to re-order myself.

Beyond frustrating and although the Next Customer Services team did their best to help, I really feel that Victoria Secret should communicate better as let's be honest, the order was placed via them in the first place.

I am now further out of pocket (while awaiting my refund) re-ordering the same items again which lets hope come tomorrow as promised so that I will have underwear to wear!

Me encantan los perfumes permanecen por horas! Además la ropa interior es súper de buena calidad la recomiendo al 100 estoy feliz con Victoria’s Secret

Really upset that you don't get things gift wrapped and in a nice bag when ordering online like you do if you go the shop.
You should at least put a gift bag in with the order so you can put your items in it once delivered.
Spending alot of money on your items and no packaging.

Absolutely wonderful customer services. I ordered an item last night after 8pm & the parcel was delivered this morning! Worth the delivery price, especially with the promotional offer!

The Victoria Secret Bare Vanilla Luxe is unbelievable! Been waiting years to smell it, so in love with the gorgeous vanilla marshmallow aroma 🥰 perfect for layering with my vanilla perfume collection.

I couldn't recommend this website enough! I'm extremely grateful for the whole shopping experience!

Good products but why do you have to have branded wrapping for delivered items. My wife found this ‘surprise’ Christmas present ent at the door this morning. Not much of a secret now, Victoria! Try a bit of common sense!

I placed an online order with Victoria's Secret online yesterday with a delivery for today. I received a notification that my order would be delivered by 1630hrs today through Next. There was no tracking number in the email nor did the Track Your Order link provide any information. I called customer services who then transferred me to Victoria's Secret and was told the courier had made an attempt to deliver but was unable to and would attempt delivery within 24 hours. I have been at home all day so there was no attempt at delivery. There was no information on the email either on which courier company that was used nor has there been any updated information under my account on the website. It will be the first and last time ordering anything from VS/Next.

I shopped at the Victoria Secret Trafford centre store for the first time at VS and had a great experience. Young lady in store was so helpful when choosing and trying on and was so lovely that I bought a lot of stuff. Then I got to the till and someone sold me a new perfume which I ended up buying because i was having a good time. £360 later I got home with my goods to find that the perfume was not in the bag. Checked the receipt and found that I had actually paid for it!! I called customer service who said I should go back to store and they will check cctv and give me the perfume. Thought they could send one out but went back anyway and was told by Amy the store manager that she went in the back to check the cctv and it was actually put in the bag! I told her it wasn’t possible as I’d asked the cashier to seal the bag as it was quite full and didn’t open it until I got home. Again she said I was lying as they don’t seal the bags !!! I said check the cctv again — she did seal the bag with brown tape. She said no and refused to give her name - I got it from another staff member . What a horror she was. So I’ve paid for and not received a £50 perfume. And nobody in that company gives a damn!

Victoria’s Secret has in the last 15 years gone from being an exclusive underwear store with “ hi I’m … how can I help you today” to find it yourself and don’t expect a single pair of knickers to make up a set, or a bra in the most used sizes.

You need to be more discreet with your delivery packaging!
