After almost 50 cruises both ocean & river (Europe & U.S.) this cruise was one of the best. The ship was clean & well kept the crew was on top of everything, the food prep & presentation was great & the food was always hot.. THANK YOU. Our server Murni was excellent. Our cabin was cleaned up well & always restocked. Enrique did a great job. I appreciated everything about this cruise. The ports of call were well picked especially of course Niagra Falls. If you have a chance & time & the funds I highly recommend this ship & itinerary, you won't be sorry.

The food was what I thought you did best. The variety was great, the flavors great. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

The ships amenities, accommodations, dining and entertainment were met and in most instances exceeded our expectations. The crew members and staff were excellent in their customer service. Especially, Tyronne, Sarah and Darrel. We were disappointed with a few of the ports/excursions.
The included excursions at Escanaba and Sault Saint Marie were both disappointing and uninteresting. The Niagara Falls port was too rushed to truly enjoy the beauty of the falls. Lastly the included Toronto excursion should have just taken us to the Distillery district which was very enjoyable, but we had limited time to explore it. I would not repeat this cruise again.

Great staff. Good food! Mackinac Island and Rock and Roll HOF! Highlights! Sara was very attentive. Room keeper Irene was outstanding!

The staff was always friendly and professional, most trying to get to know your name (especially if they assisted you directly and often). The coffee machines were excellent and created quite the comedy when watching people try to use them the first time. The Lakelorian discussions were great and often left me wanting to do more research. The entire cruise was lovely and we will return.

Lindy Pendzick was very helpful and supplied everything that I needed.
Shower too small, liquid soap dispenser, better location, hot water, which is close to scalding, is exposed in piping. I know these things can't be changed but I and a fellow traveller took no more than two showers because of the shower construction.
We had a good time and especially enjoyed the Welland locks (#1) snd Quebec (#2).
I've been to everyplace else.

Great cruise from Chicago to Quebec on the Great Lakes.

Tours included great value, we also paid for the Harley Davidson tour at Milwaukee (fantastic)

Service was wonderful and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They were right there with anything we needed, often before we even thought to ask! Our cabin steward, Sid, was the best! And Wendy, the tour director, is so suited to her job and seemed to be loved by everyone on board.

The crew and staff were wonderful. They all provided great service.The ports of call and excursions were very good. The food was excellent. The band was also excellent and we enjoyed listening to them every night. The cabin, while very small, had adequate storage. And the ship is to remind you of the steamers that cruised the Great Lakes years ago.We also loved that Victory Cruise Lines put us up in the Sable Hotel on Navy Pier in Chicago before we began the cruise. It’s the first time we’ve cruised on a small ship and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Victory exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Victory Cruise Lines. The Great Lakes are hidden gems in our own backyards. I would cruise them again.

Your total lack of communication is very frustrating. We learned the ship was skipping Saguenay while others shared their emails. We learned the 2nd day in Gaspe is just a sailing day by reading rhe ship posted itinerary. We received a welcome home email while still on the ship.

Victory has the best crew that are always there to serve you, cheerful and fun. Dancing every night to great music is a plus.
Painting on the cruise is also easy for someone who always wanted to try it All the materials are ready and painting along is fun and easy. Many students plan to continue with watercolor at home.

This was a wonderful cruise. I enjoyed seeing and learning the Great Lakes, which Victory does so well with its connections to the Great Lakes Museum, wonderful Lakelorian presentations, and great tours at a variety of stops. The lakes themselves are beautiful and pleasurable cruising. The staff is exceptional - personable at every station and always able to help and know their passengers. And the food is simply the best. We will sail Victory again and have already recommended it to family and friends.
