Everyone aboard was wonderful. We had an excellent experience with the entire crew, especially our cabin attendant. A couple of the excursions could have been better.

The food, the service, and the variety of excursions were wonderful. The staff especially made the experience perfect.

The staff were absolutely amazing, supberb and over the top with kindness, service, patience and knowledge.
The food was also top notch, delicious and a pleasure at each meal. Difficult to cook for so many people; variety and quality are commended.

Staff was focused on service! Most everyone was wanting to please guests and demonstrated a willingness to go out of their way to make every experience on the ship a pleasant and positive experience. The food was fabulous! Loved the evening music. The smaller ship size enabled passengers the opportunity to get to know other passengers on board. Also enjoyed the ship as it maneuvered the various lakes and locks. I truly appreciated how easily the ship seemed to flow from port to port. Traveling was enjoyable, educational and comfortable. A wonderful experience!

Everything was superior. The crew took care of everything cheerfully and so well. Food variety and quality was welcome every day. Lots of activities. The historian/naturalist/mariner who traveled with us was a highlight.

The staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. My group included two people with mobility issues. We’ve taken many cruises together. This one was the easiest because everyone was so accommodating

Victory needs to put a help cord in their bathrooms, so a person is NOT laying there screaming for help, plus it is a safety issue. Also need to put in a magnifying class against the bathroom wall sink would be very helpful to have.

Excellent service and route o Great Lakes

Enjoyed the cruise. The staff (bar, dining, and housekeeping) were fabulous. The food was delicious and was grateful that the menu included gluten-free choices.

The cabins were small but the cabin staff were wonderful. The excursions were disappointing and not well organized.

Service and food were uniformly top notch. Our cabin attendant Julius was attentive and friendly. Rooms and especially showers were small but adequate. Tour guide Sabrina was excellent and expert at managing interesting destinations. Guests were quite senior, appropriate for the itinerary.

the itinerary was fantastic and the tours, whether included or extra were well worth the time and money. The guides were informed, interesting and friendly.
The food was okay, but I find that is true of most cruise lines. Even the high end, expensive ones can only do so much with mass produced food. That said, the wait staff was also outstanding and helpful and I would not let the food issue deter you from this cruise.
The one thing that was an issue was this: apparently, the way the vacuum system with the pipes work caused a noise - sometimes a sharp bang, sometimes a rhythmic sound like someone dribbling a basketball. The engineer and the purser said it was how the system worked and they could not do anything about it.
we were on the 4th floor, so it's possible the other floors were quieter - I know most of the people on our floor complained about it, but I don't recall that anyone on the lower floors did, so staying in one of the other floors' cabins might be the solution.
The rooms are also quite small, so I would just suggest being organized.
Overall, this was a fantastic trip and despite the noise, I'm very glad we took this trip and I would highly recommend it.

Great itinerary, excursions, food, crew, and entertainment. However, the cabins are small, and the Internet connection was virtually non-existent for the whole trip, which is understandable 40 miles from shore but not acceptable when in port. The Victory I band was phenomenal. Other crew members who provided exceptional service were steward Enrique and Sarah and Jack in the dining room.

Staff was knowledgeable even outside of their Job.
