I have been given a chance that has took 30 years to acheive and i thank vida for giving me this chance.

I work for a mortgage broker and my recent case has been managed by the underwriter Pat who has been fantastic! Pat has picked up the phone and discussed the case with me and I have been able to return the requirements quickly ensuring the best outcome for the client. Its so nice to actually speak to underwriters usually they never want to talk to brokers so it a 5*+ review from me.

I have to admit i was a bit cautious as several years ago there was a reputation with Vida that they make things difficult. Well not at all, i found their customer service extremely helpful every time i needed to call, i have found their underwriters easily explain what they need to sign the case off and they also reduced the rate automatically when they updated their rates. 5 star service overall and i'm extremely impressed about everything. Their AI mobi is also the best out of all lenders as well. It actually answers and details what you are asking.

Barry the Underwriter was 1st Class I uploaded outstanding Info within 20 mins he was on the phone the case went to offer straight away would recommend again to my clients.
