VIETNAMSVISA Reviews

I mistyped my personal data during the application. After I received invitation letter I realized my mistake. I noted this to vietnamvisa, and less than in 8 hours they changed it without charging me for this changes. I am very impressed!

I would highly recommend VIETNAMSVISA.COM to anyone.

A genuine, trustworthy and very professional business with prompt, efficient and courteous service at a very reasonable price compared to competitors.

Great support as well after office hours and during the weekend.

After using several other companies over the years, I am very pleased to have finally found a professional and reliable company to handle my Vietnamese on arrival visa.

Worth to mention the outstanding customer services provided by Ms. Tran.

Super fast and professional service. I got my visa on the same day!

The visa application was fast and simple. Somehow I missed the confirmation email in my mailbox, I emailed them and received reply almost instantly. They provided very thorough instructions in the email. Highly recommend to others who need a visa to Vietnam.

I had to get my son a visa at short notice and ended up using the Vietnamsvisa service. They were great! The website was easy to use, I could pay using PayPal, which is nice and easy, and the visa came through as stated after 1 working day. I had a few questions in the interim and Oanh was always so fast to reply and very friendly. I can highly recommend this service and will use them again.

Used Vietnamvisa many times in the past few years and its always been painless and I really appreciate their prompt response and willingness to help. Ms Tran has been extremely helpful when I had to make last minute changes. I highly recommend their services and have referred friends and colleagues. Thank you!

Very helpful getting our visa the same day as our flight. Really responsive and really nice.

I was referred by a friend who used the service. As he said, I found it was simple and easy to fill out the forms and my form came back quickly. I made a mistake and wrote the wrong birthday on my application but did not notice that until weeks after I got it and I was traveling towards Vietnam. I emailed the company and they took care of my issue within a few hours even though it was completely my mistake. Obviously, I highly recommend the company to anyone!

A huge thanks to Vietnamsvisa team that respond to my visa application promptly and I managed to quickly apply for the on-arrival-visa and passed the immigration without any hassle. Great service!

They processed my last minute Visa application in 4 hours, just as advertised. Was a bit worried about it all working out as I had run out of time. Thankfully, everything worked seamlessly and was much cheaper than the local rush service would have been here in Singapore. Highly recommended.

I had a delightful experience getting my visa letter from Vietnamsvisa. After realizing I made an error with the date of birth, I reordered the letter expecting to be charged again - but got it changed and approved for free the same day. I would recommend this service to anyone visiting Vietnam

I spent a lot of time online, trying to find the most reliable VOA company. I am very glad I went with Vietnamsvisa.com. My emails were answered very promptly and I received the letter within 24 hrs. I highly recommend this company!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I know that getting a travel visa can be a challenging experience. I applied for a VOA and chose the two day processing time - the documents were delivered in 24 hours. And they responded to an email question within 15 minutes. Completely satisfied, highly recommend.

I was call them for Visa support.Great response, they take only 25-28 hour to processing it.Unbelievable how they do it.

Accidentally entered my passport number incorrectly which I didn't notice until after I received the pre-approval letter. I emailed them but I also just re applied (paying a 2nd time) figuring thats what they would tell me to do. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that the re application wasn't necessary in this case and they would refund the 2nd payment. Definitely recommend.
