Great service
Our water tank needed to be changed. A week after their visit we received a phone call telling that it will be ready to be installed the following week. Maddison arrived on the day they said,checked everything and done job properly. Kind and friendly and explained us everything we asked about. When job finished she made sure she checked everything and cleaned the area. Great communication from start to finish and great service. Well done Village heating.

Super friendly and a great worker
Wai was excellent, went above and beyond. Placed the call as we had a leak in a pipe, after fixing it and turning everything back on he discovered another hole and fixed it in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Reported fault and VHL had it replaced the part within 2 day’s. Julien the technician was very polite and professional. Communication was good with phone calls and text messages to update us on the job
