The engineer arrived in the stated time period and did an efficient service of our boiler. David is familiar with the appliance and did a thorough clean and check that everything was working safely.

Service Team quoted me £115.20 for a Plumbing Job.
After the Job was completed Service Team charged me an extra £10.80 for something
I did NOT want nor require.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the additional parking charge, but we do need to clarify that this was not an optional or unnecessary item.
Our quote made clear that parking costs are not included in the labour charge and may be added where incurred. This is because parking costs vary significantly across London, and many customers are able to provide a permit, visitor parking, or specific parking instructions. Including parking automatically within every labour charge would be unfair to customers who are able to arrange parking themselves.
Before the appointment, we also asked for any parking arrangements or special instructions. As no alternative parking was provided, our engineer arranged local parking so he could attend and complete the job.
The £10.80 charge was therefore a direct parking cost required to complete the visit. It was not a profit item and was correctly added in line with the quote and our terms.

Serviceteam were very helpful and once I had overcome the usually difficult subject of “how much will it actually cost, come on be honest because I have been fleeced too often” I was happy to go ahead. I was kept informed throughout, the engineer arrived on time, was demonstrably capable and happily put up with me.

Showers look fantastic
It did take a long time for the final shower to be installed due to issues with the supplier and available installer. That notwithstanding we were impressed with Jaders efficient work and with Kevin's constant communication, which helped me navigate a sometimes frustrating situation. All of the replacement showers and new tap look wonderful. Thank you.

Boiler replacement
I had a new boiler installed because the previous one was full of rust and malfunctioning. The quote they provided was fair and they did not complicate the matter more just to justify an additional price. Jader and his help were quick and profesional. Everything was left clean, they installed new hatches for flue inspection as well making sure everything is compliant with safety regulations. All was done in half a day. I am happy with the result.

The company missed my appointment.
The company missed my appointment then tried to put my next one at the back of the queue, about which, I protested and got the next appointment two days later. The engineer was fine but he had not been given the right fittings for the oven seal. He prevailed.

We’re sorry for the disruption caused when the original appointment had to be rearranged at short notice due to an engineer being stuck on an emergency gas-related call. Safety issues of this nature do occasionally arise and can impact scheduled visits. We worked to secure the earliest alternative appointment and were pleased to attend within two days.
During the visit, the engineer encountered difficulty fitting the replacement oven seal but was able to restore the appliance to working order at the time. Since then, we have obtained a revised part specification and have arranged to return with the correct component at no additional cost to you.
We appreciate your recognition of the engineer’s efforts and remain committed to resolving this fully.
