good selection and prices

Have never experienced such awful online service, they are making it seem like they are some big shot company, yet they are treating customers like they are a one man band.
Long delays, POOR communication, always the same bored person replying, no clue as to good customer care, constant emails back and forth, part products arrived and the final part never did see.
People in the UK please do not use this site, they do not make it clear that all the products have to be shipped over and takes forever. The only person who responded to my emails was a rude member of staff that I am not allowed to name, BUT I am positive no one else works at this company...Just her!

You need to be ashamed of yourselves and really should not be trading.

I have had difficulty finding someone who would supply the DHEA cream I require to the UK. They have always been efficient and reliable.

After shattering my knee, I needed some supplements and protein powder to help heal. I searched for a specific brand and Vitamin Grocer UK came up. I noticed I'd get free shipping with a purchase of £X amount, and my purchase was that much, so figured I was all set.

When my purchase hadn't arrived 10 days later, I went back and tracked my package. Imagine my surprise when it became apparent that it had shipped from New Jersey, United States, and was somewhere across the Atlantic. When I finally dug down into the fine print, it became clear that this was a US site that ships to the UK, and does everything possible to appear like they ship from the UK. Once you read the small print, they aren't liable for customs or duty charges, or presumably for any difficulties you might run into ordering something that isn't legal in the UK.
It took more than three weeks for my order to arrive, which isn't what I would consider acceptable for a "UK" site shipping to London.

This company needs to be much more clear about their shipping policies and state on the order/shipping confirmation page that orders are coming from abroad and can take weeks to arrive, and may be delayed by customs inspectors.

I would not purchase with this company again.

Shipping should be faster

Great service is vitamin grocer, there product Kava Tea allows you a great unwind after a hard day, highly recommend it

The order took a long time before it arrived. I didn't know what was happening as there was no correspondence from them either!

Superb service from vitamin grocer and free delivery from the USA. Package arrived six days after dispatch. Items (thayers toner) were cheaper - including shipping - having them sent from the US than they were if I'd bought them online in the United Kingdom.

Didn't realise till after I'd placed the order that this wasn't a UK based company, and so the shipping from the US to the UK took forever.
11 days after placing the order I enquired as to the status of my order and was told it had just been shipped , however I think it was sent a few days later.
It still took another week to get to me.
The products are good but the time it took to make up the order and the shipping took ages - next time I'll find a UK based company so I don't have to wait ages.
