The door just send me is broken on the corner, bottom then they told me to give £20 to keep it. I don’t want them £20. I didn’t have a time to return back and take him that take a long time to send it.

We are sorry to hear that the door was delivered damaged. We use a two person delivery to try prevent damages from happening, however occasional damages do still happen. When damages do occur we will always try get replacements out to you as quickly as possible. If you were unhappy with the compensation amount, we would have been more than happy to send out a replacement instead or re looked at the amount offered, however we received no response back from you. Again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order, however to clarify you placed the order online via the website, and as per your order confirmation you ordered the Aston Oak door. This door is only available in an unfinished version so ordering prefinished is not possible. The fire door you ordered was also ordered in unfinished rather than prefinished. We have delivered the goods as per your order confirmation, we have not sent the wrong doors, you have ordered the wrong doors.

I pruchase the door on 27 October 25 but still I havent receive the doors and there was no communication from the delivery team or company . I will not refer anyone to purchase from Dividdoors

We can see on the system that the couriers contacted you on the 27th October, the same day you placed the order to give you the available delivery options.
The date of the 6th November was selected, and a time slot provided the evening before the chosen delivery date. The driver contacted you when on route and you advised you were not at the property and to reschedule. Given that the goods were loaded onto the van for delivery on the date you selected and were not available this is classed as a failed delivery attempt. Had you been available on the date you selected this delivery would have taken place without issues.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

they have a good range in stock
used this company because I needed a slim door 533mm 4 panel along with 2 other standard doors. when they arrived on time was disappointed to see the slim door only had two panels. fitted it anyway before the wife saw it. have to say the wife saw it when fitted and loved the it.
disappointed I had to pay £12 delivery for each door

Inability to supply ordered items…
Doors arrived on the second proposed delivery date
Arrived incomplete missing the fittings to convert to a barn door configuration
Have ignored emails requesting where the missing items are,.
When eventually answered the phone their response was items are out of stock
Yet would not comment as to why we received no communication yet given two delivery dates.
Unable to confirm when the items will be delivered
Had to cancel my contractor, now may not receive an installation date before Christmas
So presently I have two items not meeting their product description

Unfortunately, when picking orders for delivery a stock discrepancy was discovered on the sliding barn kits, this affected a handful of orders. We were in the process of contacting all affected customers to advise of this issue, however can only apologise if you hadn't been contacted before delivery took place.
We understand that this is frustrating and an inconvenience. This isn't the level of service we wish to provide our customers with, so as soon as we receive the stock of these items we will be prioritising the affected orders and will get these out to you as quickly as possible.

Lack of communication
Ordered four internal pre built doors back in July 2025.
ETA was four too six weeks which worked well with current workload.
However, I had to chase for my delivery on week eight via phone call to be advised that there was a problem with a CNC machine and to expect a delay in delivery to which I received an email confirmation of this 17.09.2025.
I was offered via email a £30 compensation for the wait time which I accepted on my response email (17.09.2025)
I did ask in the email for an updated ETA due to me being out the country and was told 03.11.2025, however my delivery was brought forward (21.10.2025) with no communication regarding this. Luckily my neighbor accepted delivery as the driver was about to head back to base. (England and delivery was Scotland)
To date I am still waiting on a reply to my last two emails dated - 30.09.2025
Customer service does not match the quality of products.
