The doors are great and I would have given 5 stars if they had arrived on time. Unfortunately the delivery service
‘RHENUS home delivery’ turned up late and on top of that, they do not have a contact number ! So very frustrating when waiting at home for the doors when I was meant to be on site fitting them.

Bought a door from theses people
Bought a door from theses people. Carrier rang last night to say it would be delivered today. Carrier sent e-mail to say the door has been delivered. Not to me, no number to contact the carrier on and I have been trying to ring this firm ever since all lines engaged, for 3 hours.|||| All I need to know is, if the door was delivered then where is it. A phone number to the carrier would help.

Customer service is non-existent
AI responses are crap on the site, no one is answering the phone despite several attempts and waiting at least 20 mins for someone to answer whilst be kept on hold, failed delivery with no prior notification.
Very poor service.

Door packaged really well and arrived promptly in excellent condition. All fitted and looks great even with just the factory primer paint coat on. Delivery company were also excellent

Vivid door poor customer service
I contacted this company after paying over £500 for interior doors to inform them that one of the doors had damage.
I was told that because I did not contact them within 48hrs that they could not do anything about it.
I then emailed them back to explain my situation and was subsequently ignored and still have no response from them.

We are sorry to hear you have experienced issues on your order. Unfortunately we do state in bright red writing on your order confirmation and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place after this time claims may be rejected. I can see that this was delivered on the 6th November, with damages not being reported until 14th November as this is significantly more than the 48 hours we give, we are unable to take this claim any further. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

What a waste of time and cost me £66…
What a waste of time and cost me £66 for nothing
You contacted at 15:00 the day before with a 2 hour slot and closed at 17:00. Within that time I emailed, whatsapp and rang the number given to me in that email which never even rang through.. the time slot you gave was durning the school run. 07:00-09:00. Being a single parent with 3 children in 3 different schools there’s no way I could be available and your contact details were useless. You took £60 delivery fee when all this could have been avoided if you communicated with the customer. Absolutely shocking!

We can see that you selected the delivery date with the couriers and you were given a 2-hour time slot the evening before. However, when the couriers attempted delivery no one was available to receive the order. As the delivery attempt did take place, we are charged by the couriers, and therefore a redelivery fee is required to arrange a new delivery date.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Internal Oak Doors
I ordered 5 internal oak doors I was a bit indecisive at first because I was not sure what the quality of doors would be like as I was unable to physically see them. However I ordered them they arrived about a week late, by a nice delivery driver and I was impressed the quality of the doors were amazing once unwrapped, as all doors were wrapped in a protective film, I had no concerns glad I ordered them I found that they were cheaper than most high street companies.
