Delivery failed due to not getting a confirmation of the delivery time and driver couldn't/wouldn't wait for ten minutes for me to get there!
Your promised an update on the afternoon prior to the delivery date but if as in my case it's a Monday they don't work Sunday.
Delivery actually made on Monday 5th January and apart from the non existant Sunday message all went well with excellent communication on the day.... just like it should have been the previous time.
Every driver tells a different story!
Doors look great now they have arrived and a good price.

We ordered a triple folding door in finished oak. It was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. I would say that you need a professional joiner to do the installation though. I wouldn't fancy doing it on my own.

So far the doors are as good as I had hoped.can give my full report after they are painted and finished

I ordered a door from this company but when I unpacked it, it was damaged. Called both their sales and customer service lines. Sat listening for half an hour being told I was ‘number one in the queue’. Emailed their customer service email address with photos. It’s been 5 days, no acknowledgement of my email or reply. Next step will be section 75 claim through the bank to get my money back.

Delivery incomplete.
Zero assistance to resolve eventually problems.

Ordered doors on the 9th December with a 3-5 day delivery.
Courier company whatsapp to arrange delivery day. When you press the supplied link it says no slots available.
Courier company then email to say 8th January will be delivery date.
We checked online again today and it still shows the doors are in stock and can be delivered on 16th December if ordered today.

Tried to contact customer services. 2 and half hours being number one in the queue.

Communication extremely poor. does not answer phone. Does not respond to emails. Supplied damaged door and we have had to resource from elsewhere. would not use again.....

I strongly advise against using this company for your door purchase. I called to get prices for 54 doors and was told to email over the details. After doing exactly that — and chasing them for two days with zero response — I called again. I was then assured I’d receive a quotation within the hour. That never happened.

If this is how they treat someone ready to spend £10k+, I dread to think how impossible it would be to deal with them if a complaint ever arose. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually values its customers.

Missing a part of the order. Very difficult to get any concrete information about when it will be delivered.

Update: have been trying to contact Vivid Door's call centre for courier details. Impossible to get through via phone, and they don't reply to emails. How am I supposed to get in touch with the courier company? Which courier company?

Terrible service so far - from initial queries very slow response. Unfortunately only a few companies had the doors I wanted and the others are the sister companies Climador and Express and vibrant … possibly more out there . Order placed easy enough ( what a surprise when it comes to taking money ) but after sales service dreadful. Needed to change order ( before despatched and delivery) but 3 separate days couldn’t speak to anyone - on hold today for 3 hours !! ( and counting as I write ) chat bot unhelpful as can’t resolve but instead lots of patronising comments about how sorry they are . Sent 2 separate emails about this - not even an acknowledgment. Sent a complaint email - no response . Had their delivery service send an email to confirm original delivery - their WhatsApp number also appears unmanned !!
If I could go back in time and not order from these guys I would - just glad the other 14 doors I ordered from somewhere else . It should already have been a red flag 🚩 when a company barely tries to do anything to help and treats you like an idiot . Please take your hard earned money elsewhere … avoid

Excellent doors, customer service and communication regarding delivery

Placed an order last Friday and tried multiple times to call beforehand to discuss my delivery concerns but after 6 hours of being on hold I gave up.

Given I’m paying over £60 for delivery of 3 doors I’d expect the delivery date advertised to be accurate.

Delivery partner emailed me 3 days later offering me 1 delivery date in 3 weeks! Not the 9 business days I’d been told. Delivery company apparently don’t deliver to my area any other days except Mondays! So I have to apparently take a day off to accept delivery oh and it’s take it or leave it!

Tried calling this company again to find an alternative shipping provider and yet again caller number 1 for 3 hours absolute joke!

Lovely doors. Great delivery service with regular updates.
Only problem was when we ordered wrong size for a couple of doors the return service is not so great. We were requested to return them at our own cost and with no promise of how much of the purchase cost we would be credited with.
Seems a nonsense when their lorry was delivering to us the following week anyway.

The doors were of very good quality and my builder said they were vastly superior to his local supplier

Excellent product, great to deal with and best prices I could find. Unfortunately one door was damaged by delivery company but Vivid doors organised a replacement promptly, without quibbling.
Would certainly use them again.
